He is always checking in to see how me and my family are doing, and I know his role with Home Helpers is demanding and time consuming. This company, by far, have gone above our expectations. They are so kind and undertandstanding of our needs trying to assist our mother with in-home compainship after her bout in rehab. From our first contact, they have been available, caring, and flexable with mothers, sometimes difficult mood swings & request. They get it!! I would recommend this company for anyone looking for short term, long term or 24/7 assistance. They have been a God send to us!

After my father (who has dementia) had a fall and was hospitalized, we called Home Helpers to stay with my father through the night and some afternoons when my mother (89 years old) or myself could not be with him. They were quick to respond and helped us through his hospital stay and rehab. Communication with the office was great as sometimes they didn't have much time to find someone for us. We had an unusual situation. We traveled to Wooster, OH with my 96 year old father who is in good health but completely blind. We needed care just for overnight in the hotel. Diana and her team sent a wonderful caregiver who made the whole trip possible for my dad! Diana was wonderful to work with and very easy to talk with and she understood our needs. Home helpers is a stellar home care company! My mother in law had 24 hour care with them for a year and a 1-2 and all the caregivers were well trained and compassionate.
