I cannot recommend Four Seasons Homecare highly enough! The owners created this company after caring for their own relatives. Frank and Hedi know, from personal experience, what it takes to care for ailing loved ones at home. Upon assessment, Hedi came to our home to learn everything about our mother and the environment so that SHE could personally educate our assigned caregiver. She also made recommendations regarding simple products to make our lives a little easier. Furthermore, she stayed to listen while the hospice consult was completed so that she was fully aware of our situation. But, in the end, it was the compassionate care provided by Sarah, that was our greatest blessing. We were truly supported in our mother’s last week of life. We worked with Four Seasons for a few months. we were looking for companionship for my father-in-law and someone to cook dinner and clean up. I have to say we did not have a good experience from the start. I would not recommend to anyone. Without going into detail on all the issues we had we just would not use them again.

We evaluated another visiting care service for my 86-year-old father starting in spring 2023. We found Four Seasons Home Care to be a trustworthy, reliable, and reasonably priced service. Caregivers worked with him mid-morning to early afternoon, three days a week, up to 15 hours a week. The caregivers provided safe transportation to the LIFE Program, a local dementia-friendly day program with exercise, lunch, crafts, music, informational programs, and fellowship among participants, caregivers and volunteers (and pets). While at home they engaged him in conversation and assisted with general light cleaning. They were patient and when needed they provided the gentle coaxing to help with personal care, which can be delicate when a person is not used to getting assistance with hygiene. Each session concluded with a journal entry describing the day’s activities and meal. My husband and I served as my father’s main caregivers, but we also needed to maintain our full-time jobs. So it was a great relief to know my father had supervision, assistance and mental stimulation to maintain quality of life at home. We are grateful to Hedi, Michelle, Christy and the other staff for their work.

Hedi and the entire staff at Four Seasons provided invaluable service and aid to my 97-year-old mother. Their help allowed her to remain in her own home for the longest possible time. Four Seasons, the entire team, the owners, the office staff, and the caregivers are God sends. They have lovingly cared for my 101-year-old mom for over a year and a half. 4 Seasons started caring for my bedridden Mom when she lived in Independant Living. When Mom had to move to skilled nursing, we kept 4 Seasons still coming. 4 Seasons have provided that personal 24/7 care that skilled nursing, because of the resident to nurse/aide ratio cannot fully cover. 4 Seasons provides social interaction, baths, hair washing and curling, changing of briefs, help at mealtimes and with snacks, getting Mom up to activities, taking her outside in her broda chair to the nearby ice-cream shop and other nearby stores. I have peace of mind knowing that 4 Seasons takes excellent, compassionate care of Mom. They stay in contact with me so that I know how Mom is doing every day. 4 Seasons has become family to me and my mom. Thank you, 4 Seasons, from my very grateful heart!!!
