Welcome to Brethren Care Village! We provide ideal combination of housing, care, and services for seniors. Our residents regularly take advantage of local events and activities available in Ashland. We are conveniently located near eating establishments, parks, and other activities.
Every day is an opportunity filled endless choices for our senior residents to enrich their lives. Residents can pursue favorite activities or pursue new ones. We have regularly scheduled events every month as well clubs and a social dining setting. We designed the dining area at Brethren Care Village to be a cozy, home style setting for our residents and family members. The nursing home has a very caring staff. My mother had a short stay here, under hospice care. The facility was very clean and everyone was very supportive for my family. They really helped us through a very difficult time. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this facility.

My grandmother spent her last year of life at this place. They did a wonderful job of taking care of her especially with the amount of care she required To deal with her dementia. Would recommend to all. Their community center is also very nice. I attend weekly meeting at the new center. The bistro is great and the building is great for events and meetings

Brethren Care Village is a top notch facility with the best care around. The new wellness center is absolutely beautiful and not only gives residents a wonderful space but open to the public. If you live in the Ashland area you must check it out!!! You will not be disappointed. 5 Star all the way around.

My wife and I live in an adjoining county; however, hearing all the positive comments about the outpatient therapy at Brethren Care Village ( and working there myself), I wanted her to experience the services first hand and really experience what others were saying. WOW! she was not disappointed; the Therapy director was incredibly personable, but more importantly competent in her skills which afforded my wife to have a successful Rehab experience. As an added bonus, she was able to experience her Rehabilitation in the new Wellness/Community Center for Life Long learning; she enjoyed the Bistro's healthy menu line and was always treated with the utmost respect. Brethren Care Village has taken care of my grandparents at all different stages of their lives, including rehab, daily care, and end of life. The thing that makes Brethren Care different from other facilities is how much they care and love the residents like their own family and the relationship that they build with the residents and families.
