Bel Air is the best Assisted Living Facility that I've ever visited, hands down. The Residents are happy and always doing something fun like a runway show or singing karaoke. It's always a good time when I visit. The Activity Director takes them out shopping and to eat twice a week. The rooms are nice and everyone seems like a big family.

NEW I have both my Mom & Mom-in-Law at this facility. The caretakers are WONDERFUL! However....The phones there are AWFUL! My Mom still has a good mind, and we like to chat a couple of times a day.... As we have for YEARS! Well....I have been informed that if we want to communicate, maybe I should "pay up" for a better phone, or phone company??!! My Mom is on a fixed income, & only receives an extra $50.00 per month for personal expenses....What the heck??!! This needs to be fixed ASAP! (BTW...She's been there approximately one year now.) My frustration is over the top! Who's the "heartless" person that thought this is OK??!! At this point...we shall see what happens....I do appreciate everyone who is taking care of my loved ones...But....this is an issue I cannot ignore...

It's a great place and you can tell they actually care for their residents here. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. My step father was here.

We had our step mother there for nine months and they treated her like she was their mom. The home is very clean and maintained.The aides are very special because they treat everyone the same. They get to know the relationship between the patient and the family. The nurses are very caring and attentive. If I should have to go to a nursing home I would like to go there.The facility does not have an odor like some other homes I have visited. Housekeeping staff are always cleaning. Food service staff prepare good food as I have eaten several meals there.

The way they treat residents and family is truly like family! They want them happy and treat each person with care, love and dignity. I work there and I absolutely enjoy being at work everyday, we do a variety of activities, one on one time and I enjoy my time with each resident. The atmosphere for employees is wonderful, couldnt ask for better understanding and care towards our lives. It truly is a blessing to live or work there!
