Short term rehab for dementia patient relative was terrible. Moved her out next day. No AC, ventilation or air quality. Poor, indifferent attitude of some of staff. Dirty carpets and overall needs significant updating. Bathroom had leftover matter from previous patient after cleaning. Would not send anyone I love there.

My mom had been with EW since Nov. 16. What a tremendous place. The Staff; Rayann, Robin, Carol, The Chef, Johanna and Tracy are a few of the BEST. and I mean the MVP's. Great food as I eat her weekly ,at random too. They trips, exercise program/mornings, and the great medical ongoing care. The Nursing Assistants are remarkable. Mom loves them. Even the little things as the sign when she came home from being sick a few weeks was special today. Always greeted at the door, amazing. Love that home touch. Safety always is great too. Love the surroundings too, the best in WNY I believe. The dining room is remarkable, with Carol and the Chef, like eating at the White House in Washington, every time. Well take a look and you will believe it. The private dining area with the small kitchen, a Charm. Thanks everyone for making our family's life better than it was. Dr. John D. Strom, DC and family..
