Martine Rehab provided my sister a large single room for her 2 week stay. Not the fanciest of facilities that I’ve seen, the strength was the staff, nursing, rehab, social workers and food service who were very responsive and professional.

Martine Center is a wonderful skilled nursing and rehab facility right in the heart of White Plains. You can literally see it from White Plains Hospital ” it’s just a short walk away, which makes it so convenient for families and patients. The staff here are truly amazing ” from the nurses and recreation team to the leadership (Administrator and Director of Nursing), everyone is kind, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for. You can feel the warmth the moment you walk in. They treat you and your loved ones with genuine compassion, respect, and love. It's been over two weeks since we sent my elderly relative there. Initially, they were a little unsettled due to the language barrier, but the staff have been very attentive and caring, even providing a bilingual card. My relative is gradually adapting to the new environment and is no longer as anxious as they were at the beginning. They've even gained some weight recently. We are very grateful for the care they've received!

I was here for about six weeks and I am so grateful to all the staff. The therapy was unbelievably out of the world. Thank you Sam from PT. I know a lot of people want to know how the food was. It was amazing and they gave me what I wanted. The floor staff was very nice and helpful. When I use the call bell they answer me and help me. I'm going back home and I'm grateful for everyone at Martine Center.

My mom is here on the sixth floor and she loves it. I come or my brother every day to see my mom. The staff is great. Everything she needs they attend too. The staff answers the call bells when she rings and is very professional and friendly. Jasmin and Amanda from therapy do a great job and encourage her to come to therapy. A+ for Martine Center!

My Fiance is at the Martine Center and she loves it. The staff is great on the 5th floor. They are very caring and they meet her needs. She loves recreation and therapy. They are helping her get back on her feet walking. Go Martine Center.

My wife was at White Plains Hospital due to trouble breathing. After she got better White Plains Hospital sent her to Martine Center. Martine Center did an excellent job. She got the care she needed. The therapist did a great job and got her stronger. My wife loved the sixth floor and all the staff. The staff were very professional and friendly. Thank you Martine Center!

I am a resident at the Martine Center and I loved the facility. I looked forward for rehab and activities every day. They made it fun and enjoyable especially bingo. The food was amazing and they catered to your preferences. The Nurses and Aides are fantastic and they would greet you every morning. I would recommend this facility to anyone as I been in a few and this was the best one. Once again thank you Martine Center Staff!

The nurses were nice, but I have to say they’re short staffed and the intercom system sucks. The physical therapists were very attentiive and friendly. The whole facility smelled like urine. I would think of other places to go. Never get your laundry done unless your bag and clothes are labeled. I lost some good clothes because of it.

My Mom has been here at the Martine Center for the last 2 weeks. The staff have been amazing. Very attentive to her needs. Both Amanda and Ian in therapy have been very patient and helpful getting Mom mobile again. Only major complaint is parking. The visitors spots including handicap are always filled by staff cars. My Dad who comes everyday has mobility issues himself and struggles to get parking often times having to block cars in.

A family member of mine spends time at the center and I’ve had interactions with multiple staff. Without a doubt, the bar is set high by the recreational therapist Jessica R. Jessica is patient, attentive, and most of all kind to the patients and their families - even when she may think no one is watching. She’s genuine all the time. The facility is lucky to have her.

From my first visit to the Matine Center, to my experience with the staff, concierge, nurses and CNA’s, my fears of leaving my mom here was alleviated. I was treated with respect, compassion and understanding. However, the distance from my home to the center, proved to be the breaking point. The staff worked with me in the most efficient way to assure that my mom’s needs were met and facilitated an uneventful transfer closer to home. I’m forever grateful for their support and help.

I’m currently a patient here and the facility is awesome Great activities They just need to train the employees better and tell them to apologize. Some employees act like they’re doing favors for their patients. When this is their JOB they’re paying rent on account of us.

I entered Martine center Friday September 17. I was greeted very warmly by receptionist. He guided me to my room. To my surprise I felt like I was entering a five star hotel room. Ok was greeted very warmly by the staff on the floor. I was told to relax for the weekend and Monday my program would start. My initial surprise was the age of the administrator's. But there ability to run the facility was way beyond their age. They along with the rest of the staff were extremely caring and generous to each and every resident. The staff made each resident feel most important at Martine center. If I had to recommend the center I would recommend it to anyone who needs rehabilitation or long term help. In closing, the administrator's treated each person on their staff and the residents as equals. Lastly the facility is an on hands facility. What ever you need as a resident the staff will go out of their way to accommodate you. I thank God for allowing me this experience and for my physical rehabilitation. Thank you Martine center and each staff member for making me a better person mentally and physically. Walter smith

Hello everyone today is my last day at Martine. When I first arrived I thought I thought I would not be able to get out of bed from Covid complications contracted on March 28 2021. Rehab began July 9th and today I can do everything from walking to showering. The entire rehab team starting with chandree to Amanda and cari were outstanding. They had more confidence in me and gave me more inspiration than I could provide for myself. Its hard to thank anyone appropriately for giving me back my life. So all I can tell them is that I am forever indebted to them and will never forget them. This PT is special. If they did half the amount they did it still would have been fantastic. I strongly reccomend this facility to anyone who needs PT help.
