My parents have been well taken care of throughout this pandemic as before Covid . They remain healthy, thank goodness. Our family is thankful for the excellent, professional and compassionate care they have received throughout their stay and we look forward to returning to the wonderful activities they so enjoyed before Covid.

My mom has started her third year here. In general, the staff members have been kind, joyful, cooperative, resourceful, informative, and thoughtful. They have gone out of their way, to make accommodations for my moms safety, happiness, and cleanliness. This staff is very dedicated, especially in these challenging pandemic times.

This review is a long time coming. I never thought growing up that my parents would live anywhere else than in their home, our home, where we grew up , in Massapequa. Fast forward..Mom has dementia and is 86, in and out of hospital and rehab for this and that. Dad was 91..mentally sound, sharp as a tack but growing unable to take care of both of them. Despite a home aide ( and excellent one at that) we made the decision to have my Mom move into the Villas at Westhampton. We had visited many other places, all nice...well, mostly all. The Villas stood out..maybe it was the down to earthness and professionalism of the staff.. Jeff, Christine, Stacey, Jennifer etc. or the beautifully decorated rooms. We loved the newness of it all, the entertainment available, the smaller, more homey environmentMom never made it to the Villas, but my Dad did. The staff was warm, patient and they listened to him. We visited very regularly...always greeted by everyone with a smile. When Dad passed they were incredible...above and beyond. The nurses, the aides...everyone. We have recently moved our Aunt into the Villas. They have been by the book during Covid...keeping the residents and staff as safe as they can. Its not an easy taskI highly recommend this place, not only for the building but for its staff- Mary

My mother moved into the Villa two years ago. The Villa has provided a safe, attractive, well staffed environment where my Mother is well cared for and thriving. We no longer have to worry about my Mother living on her own. They do their utmost to accommodate my Mother as her needs change. We are very happy that our Mother is at the Villa.

My mom left her cherished home of sixty years that my father built himself to live at the Villa because she could no longer live by herself. She was not looking forward to her new home but she really loves it now! The Villas beautiful and safe environment, professional staff of all levels, its caring attitude, and ability to provide for every need my mom has now is exceptional. She and we, her two daughters, couldnt be more pleased! Highly recommend The Villa at Westhampton to a loved one!

From the very beginning of the pandemic, every step possible was taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Throughout these unprecedented times, The Villa team has been steadfast in their committment and professionalism in caring for my Mom, while all throughout staying in communication with me. I rest easier knowing that the compassionate and professional Villa team is there with my Mom when COVID-19 has prevented me from being there. The Villa did their part immediately to flatten the curve and has maintained a safe environment. I am profoundly grateful for the compassionate care my Mom has consistently received before and during this COVID-19 pandemic. The unwaivering support and kindness always shown by The Villa team is exactly what we hoped for in choosing an assisted living facility!
