I cannot imagine there being a more caring and conscientious home care company other than Care Connection located in Wantagh, New York. Their caregivers are reputable, polite and attentive to all of my mother's needs. The office staff are always available for any issue that might arise no matter if it's early in the morning or late at night. Care Connection has provided health care and home health aides for my 99-year-old mother for over 5 years. They have provided wonderful care - the home health aides that care for my mom are outstanding. They provide assistance with all the activities of daily living; dressing, bathing, food preparation, etc. The aides also provide regular monitoring of temperature and pulse/oxygen levels. They provide all this and more with patience, kindness and skill. They care not only about the physical aspects of care but also the emotional aspects and have established a great rapport with my mother. The nursing staff are also skilled and compassionate. The management and administrative staff are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, always staying right in top of any and all scheduling needs. I can't say enough good things about the quality of care my mother has received. She is flourishing under their care.
