Reviews Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing
July 2024
My uncle is a resident at this home. He is the only family I have left. The care is as good as any nursing home, and the food is okay, if a bit questionable. I visited in early August and a nurse? was screaming and slamming things around in the next room. My uncle told me this happens frequently, and it's always the same person that disturbs his peace. He said they act like they are on drugs when he sees them. I will be moving him shortly.

Staff seems pleasant. FOOD is questionable. The owner needs to address the flooring in the hallways. Tile popping up is a trip hazard for both patients and staff.

I have been a resident here for a while now and I feel there has been some great improvement since Laura took over activities and Krystal is a very hands on with residents The PT department is excellent to there's room for improvement but the way things are going it is looking good and excellent things are going on so I feel things are definitely improving with the new Administration.

This would be a good place, if better staff members. There letting the new generation take control with rude behaviors to our elderly people. No respect. If you want your parents treated right never go there. I worked there and was fired for Intimidating the staff, of course when your a good worker thier going to be intimidated by your work performance when their sitting around doing nothing.
