My maintenance experience with Monument Square has not really been too good but it's been okay I finally got a new refrigerator like a week ago now I am waiting for a new thermostat that's not been placed in my unit for over 3 years now I froze last winter I had to wear coats and gloves to sit in my apartment at in the daytime and at night time I had a bundle up with blankets and things like that most of the time I didn't even want to get up to go to the bathroom it was so cold in my apartment I don't know if you know how it is to live in an apartment that's 50° and outside is 20 and it is freezing in my apartment I don't think you know about that but my maintenance experience has not really been that good the reason why is you don't have enough staff on in this building you need at least two maintenance guys we have cockroaches in the garbage area that are outrageous they run rampant when you walk in I thought I was going to be robbed the other day by the Cockroaches it was so many of them and they didn't even run away on top of that you need a lot of help in this place you really do they try to get rid of the bed bugs in here but they still have bed bugs here because the people that are have the bed bugs they don't clean your apartments up they don't get rid of the bed bugs because they keep everything in their apartments that they had before and that's another thing you have to worry about bed bugs and cockroaches it's hard for maintenance to deal with them they have to call outside contractors to deal with the bedbugs and stuff like that all I say is maintenance tries it's hard to do what it can but right now they are having a hard time keeping up with everything that goes on in here painting new apartment apartments for people around cleaning them out after people leave you know maintenance does that they can but you need more maintenance workers here well thank you for listening to me and I hope and pray that everyone has a great day and maintenance get to hope that it needs because it really does need help here there's a lot of work that needs to be done and with the maintenance staff you have now you can't get it done because there's not enough manpower in here thank you have a great day
