Summit Towers is one of the VERY FEW Public Housing Apartment Buildings/ available in the city of Schenectady that actually have rentals available within a reasonable amount of time (not a 2 to 3 year waiting list for other "decent" areas, such as; Holyrood House, 201 Fifth St, Scotia NY). Apts are avg/Ok for elderly low income. I have never lived there myself but know a nice elderly man who did that told me to, " keep to myself because drug trafficking is horrible ". He moved because of that. Schenectady clean it up!!
