We provide quality independent living and senior apartments at Summit at Saratoga by empowering our residents to maintain their independence, while enjoying an active social life.
The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Saratoga Springs staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. Summit at Saratoga meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

During the COVID pandemic the Summit of Saratoga was THE place to be for safety and due diligence from the whole staff. They kept us healthy and active even when everything was shut down . They were clever and creative with our hallways happy hour to teasing our brains with weekly trivia questions. All the residence have a whole family atmosphere, we look out for all of us because the staff showed us its the right way to be. We are not just a big family we are a caring community! I have helped a great deal with my friend move in. People are great. Atmosphere is wonderful and upbeat. In regards to the entire structure of the building? It has issues. Nails popping dry wall cracking in stressed areas like elevator s and noise issue between units is serverley lacking in noise deadening insulation. You could hear a mouse fart in the next apartment. You can get more square footage and a quiet unit at Park place in Wilton for half of what these residents are paying. Cold breakfast? It comes on a truck. If your deaf as a stone ? The issue of noise has not been addressed with this building and should not have been granted a CO by the city of Saratoga springs-Wilton. Further more when one owner was yelling at a resident who is in their 90s was seen by many left a bad impression.

My Son his family my Nephew his family live in Saratoga - surrounding area. Since my wife myself have retired (living in NJ) we decided to move up here. My son - In-Laws founded 3 senior living places to look at. We decided on the Summit 9 weeks ago we moved in. We are very happy here for too many reasons. The location to all stores, restaurants , mall, Supermarkets is only a 3 minute drive.. There is many activities 7 days a week. The office maintenance staff are top notch - very carrying to our needs. The Amenities here are plentiful. We made so many friends here easily never can get bored. If you love Ice Hockey as I do - the Local High School Team provides you with your sports needs. In closing I highly recommend it Lester Ronni Rosenberg

everything beautiful place, lots to do. Lived here for a year. So very hard to leave all the friends I made. But it was time to move near my daughter. You wont be sorry if you choose the Summit

I truly love my decision to move to this wonderful place. There are tons of activities and wonderful folks to mingle with. The staff are excellent and really look for ways to keep us busy, healthy and happy. I love the art room and the pool, not to mention the tavern and all the laughter within these walls.

Beautiful new apartments, spacious, well designed great location. Well thought out floor plans with plenty of storage lovely kitchens. My Mom I checked out The Summit at Saratoga for her. It is a beautiful Senior apartment complex and Christy Durant, Senior Living Consultant, is wonderful to deal with. We thought the apartments were beautiful and reasonably priced for all the amenities included. They are centrally located to shopping dining. If you are a Senior thinking of downsizing and moving, definitely give The Summit at Saratoga a visit.
