I would like to thank the entire staff at Betsy Ross Rehab for the professional, outstanding, caring, and never ending skilled care that was given to my husband while he recovered from his open heart surgery at their facility. I’m no stranger to the medical field and abundant need for top notch nurses, aides, techs , PT & OT staff, nutritional services, servers, housekeeping staff, maintenance, social workers, etc. that it truly takes to get someone back on their feet. I assure you this facility works together to see that every patient they have is getting everything they need around the clock. Every person we encountered treated us with respect and genuine concern no matter how busy, nothing seemed to much to ask they just took care of things with a smile and reassuring no problem folks it was a huge part of my husbands recovery and my helping him through it. The delicious and nutritious foods and homemade meals they served were also top notch, I spent several hours a day there with my husband and was offered a guest tray for every meal if I would like one. They have several activities going on daily, a beautiful covered deck to go outside and sit or eat and take in fresh air and sunshine, talk with visitors or other residents. The PT & OT director can be found and heard comforting or maybe even singing to a resident having a tough or lonely day as he moves through the building endlessly all day checking on everyone and encouraging them. The entire building is always clean and kept up, the gym, the showers, they have a lovely front entrance with a soothing set up of nice furnishings and a big screen and fireplace to sit and relax in. Also they have several wonderful staff at the front desk to let you in and out of the secured building, that direct you to where ever you need to go or gladly show you the way. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that wants the best for themselves or a family member or friend for both rehab and nursing home services. I will close with this my husband is 78 years old and has never been in a hospital or rehab until this open heart surgery. He would tell you himself he can be difficult, but because of the top notch care he received here he wasn’t he just healed and is going home in a few days. Thank you Betsy Ross and your entire staff your ’ and we will never forget any of you. God Bless you William & Lisa Bates

Came here for care and rehabilitation. Very poor care especially in the evening. Also seems to be a lack of communication and trust. Not once but twice they change my doctors appointments without telling me. Nursing staff in the morning and afternoon shift go above and beyond. They check on you with no issues. Food service is mediocre. My favorite part of the day is physical therapy. The girls have all been really fun and they encourage you.

The staff at the Betsy Ross facility came through again! They got the activities room ready for my mom’s party and helped her get ready! Being mobility impaired, I could never have done all this on my own. The Betsy Ross staff holds a special place in my heart!

They're understaffed at times, and the facility does look dated in certain areas. However, despite our initial concerns, they've been responsive and honest in status updates. They're very easy and flexible to work with. The residents are treated with compassion and respect.... (I worked at a nursing home in a previous life, they're doing a good job given staffing and all other issues)
