This facility should be shut down. Management is non existent. Constant noise. They take anyone. This is not for elderly people.

Adult home/assisted living facilities provide a safe and secure environment for Seniors NYS Department of Health monitors the licensing of BHM. BOH also controls the Medicare/Medicaid the primary source of revenue for BHM.The recent warehousing of 20/30 year olds is totally inappropriate and potentially dangerous to the senior residents at BHM.

This assisted living resident takes care of the basic needs a person requires. You can call your love one and ensure someone is monitoring medications and securing the building. The food is not the best, but meals are provided. I have concerns about mail not reaching the proper person due to residents stealing. Room are kept clean, but not really the most uplifting.
