I work at St Ann's in the dining services department. As a company, they make you feel like you're part of one big family which transfers to the way they care for their elders .

Our experience at St.Ann's was like no other. He has been in 3 rehabs and this one I would rank as last. My father was in rehab here and personally their physical therapy was NOT up to par. Walking 10ft. 4 times a week. Or going up 3 stairs is not physical therapy. OT, didn't even do their job making sure he was eating his food. My Dad lost 10lbs while he was there. Very upsetting. Other then being out of bed for PT. My Dad spent 23 hours in bed a day. They never even put him in his recliner and kept him in his gown until I said something. The only reason why I'm even giving any stars Is because I liked his nurse Diane and his patient tech Wanda.

Staff are always sitting around in a corner on their phones, while residents are calling for help. St Ann's administrator called me to assure me that they are very aware of the issues I mentioned above and are putting solutions in place to minimize the issues I mentioned. More importantly she put me in contact with administrative staff who can address one resident's specific issues. I improved my original rating because of her quick response to me and her obvious desire to provide residents there with the best possible care.

I went there to see the podiatrist gave it 4 stars because it's very difficult to find the place.

Great place very friendly staff.my mom is there because of a fall Highly recommended.

The facility is very nice but the service is very disappointing. My friend is always complaining about the food and house keeping. Having said that, it's one of the better assisted care facilities.
