Tower at Park Square (formerly Midtown Manor) has, (since my last review) been taken ownership.under new ownership. Conifer LLC now has control and has been aggressively attending to the many issues toward the goal of a better environment, the likes I have not seen since I moved here 11 yrs. ago. The efforts so far have been obvious and professionally attended to. This location is going forward with the best of intentions ahead and I recommend stopping by to view and consider living here. Consider living here with a respectful and positive attitude and leave you complaints @ the front door. Change for the better takes time, consideration, respect and patience! I find it difficult to believe that, time-after-time, the water systems in this cannot be repaired. They frequently slide flyers under my door to (yet again) warn me that all water will be shut off for a great portion of the day. The flyers claim it's the "final" attempt to fix the hopeless problems that have been affecting this building for years. Today, the water was shut down without any warning. I couldn't even make coffee or prepare breakfast. The last flyer they slid under my door said it was the "final" repair event...then they don't even bother to slide yet another heads-up for what happened today (3/25/24). It's beginning to feel like these contractors are hired with a Groupon discount. When will this end? If ever? If you like living on the edge of uncertainty, then this the place for you to (try) to live in relative peace.
