A friend of mine has lived at The Residences for 1 year. I am so happy that I found this place for him. This community has embraced us and made this an easy transition. The place is immaculate, and the staff is always willing to lend a helping hand and support when needed. The activities and special events are plentiful, and he always has something to look forward to. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my uncle. Kudos to Nancy who was our go to and helped us make the decision to choose this location. In a time when customer service suffers, we truly appreciate the quality of customer service we received.

I just want to send a heartfelt note of thanks and appreciation for the wonderful program you have set up for seniors in Plainview. The place is gorgeous, spacious, artistically, tastefully decorated, and immaculate. The food is excellent. The number of activities and options are unbelievable. Special events are frequent and outstanding. All of this, and especially the friendships Mom has already made, has only enhanced her zest for life, which now rivals the enthusiasm of a kid at her first summer camp. But I want you to know also that the philanthropy of your collective efforts reach well beyond Mom. Her entire extended family and her friends sleep easier knowing that Mom is in a safe place with everything she needs. Instead of the pressure we used to feel to ration time for frequent calls & visits to our lonely mother, suddenly, Mom's schedule seems too busy for us! (Although she would never admit it). So I hope you keep up the great work you are doing for a long time, with the knowledge that you are improving the quality of life for so many in a very big way. We moved my 84 year old mother into the Residences at Plainview a year after my father passed away. My mother loved the place when we were given a tour but then was very apprehensive the day we were moving in. Change is tough for all of us. The staff was so welcoming as well as the other residents. They had balloons at her door and a bouquet of flowers in her apartment to welcome her. We spent several hours moving her in and then walked around with her to get her acclimated to the place. She was a bit nervous because it's all new to her. We suggested she get a good night sleep, take a shower and get dressed in the morning and then go down to breakfast. She introduced herself to the ladies at her dining table and anyone else she met. When we called again she said she has the most lovely ladies at her dining table. They are now her best friends. She is so happy with everything and everyone at the Residences and is constantly telling us when we call and visit. Thank you so much for all you do and providing such a wonderful atmosphere. My mother is truly thriving there.

I looked at this place for my parents and loved it! We spent an evening there a few weeks ago and had such a great time. They had a murder mystery night dinner. I couldn't believe how delicious the food was! They have events and music all the time for their residents and invited friends. Everyone had such a great time. I had the opportunity to speak with many of the residents and they love it there. The staff was helpful and so pleasant. I don't know who does their hiring but they are doing a great job. We have looked at several places and never felt that the staff was genuinely concerned and cared about the residents like we did here. My parents are actually looking forward to moving in and told me that they feel like they had already made new friends in just one evening. Definitely check out the Residence Independent Living at Plainview.
