We were referred to Comfort Keepers through the VA for my father. Everyone at Comfort Keepers was amazing at every step. We had three caregivers during our time with the agency. One did not work out and the director, Rosa, handled the situation immediately and with the utmost professionalism. My father’s other two caregivers, Graham and Yessica, were exceptional. They always treated my father with respect and caring. We were grateful for how they cared for all aspects of him; him physically, his environment, and most importantly him as a person. They protected my father’s dignity as well as his health and that meant everything to us. They also worked closely with the rest of the family members living in the home to ensure that my father’s care was seamless across the week. We highly recommend Comfort Keepers!

Comfort Keepers provided excellent home attendants to care for my elderly uncle who suffers with dementia. The attendants were exceptionally professional and took extremely good care of him. Our experience with Comfort Keepers was uniformly positive and I cannot say enough about what they meant to me and my family. They cared for both of my elderly parents in the last six years of their lives . They handled complicated medical situations ( Parkinsons and dementia ) with competence and caring. They allowed me to sleep at night knowing Mom and Dad were in good, loving hands. They truly became part of our family . I remain grateful to this day that my parents were able to remain in their home and be treated with respect, dignity and great affection. You could not do better than Comfort Keepers if you are looking for at home care.
