Recently one of my family members had to come here for short term rehab , she was in and out within 3 weeks . The care she received from everyone here was nothing short of amazing. I know how tough nursing homes can be , but they really did good .

I play acoustic music for some of the residents once a month and have gotten to know some of the staff and those who have made Norwich Rehab their home. Im always impressed with the care provided by the workers. Im grateful to Kimi and her team who go out of their way to be kind to everyone and bring entertainment to the residents. I wish my mother would have recuperated at a caring facility like this when she needed needed rehabilitation.

My loved one has been here twice for short term rehab. The physical therapy staff are exceptional. The nursing/CNA staff on days are great. The dietary department listens and makes adjustments accordingly. Their menu is diverse and the food is well prepared. With that being said, laundry has lost many items of their clothing, and the nights and weekend nursing/CNA staff need improvement, mostly due to staff shortages and some for their lack of work ethic/care.

I have had the honor of being booked to perform (sing) for the fantastic residents of this facility. I have only dealt with the Activities department staff. Therefore I can only speak to that department, they all are clearly a caring hard working group of people. If and when they request another performance from me , I would happily be there them and the residents.

I'm a resident here at norwich rehab. I've been here almost a year and honestly this place feels like home. The staff make you feel like family i would like to especially thank the activities department for running my errands picking up my shopping orders and the activities packets I look forward to every Wednesday Kim, riley,Nicololena I can't take you enough.. Thank you to Amy the DON I will miss you so much and the things you have done for me. Thank you to the therepy department for taking there time with me and listening to me. I'm really gonna miss this place and all the aid for doing the best they can. I really appreciate it.

IM A RESIDENT HERE and my stay here has been really good. The activities department has been exceptionally great. Kim , Riley , and Brittany go above and beyond to make residents feel more at home. The PT department has been great also with strengthening me and encourages me everyday. Great team. Also I'd like to thank all the nurse's and cna's for their help and support for my stay here too. Can't forget my case worker's who have been awesome. Thanks to the kitchen staff for keeping us fed and snacks.. Provider's have been great. In all, my stay has been awesome with the team they have here. Great job to all.. much love to all of you

As my stay here I felt like the nurses and the aides are good and helpful and always here for me but there was to many rules I wasn’t allowed to do anything I wanted , I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you need to

The physical therapy was excellent and the food wasn't great but okay The CNA`s were excellent gave me all the care I needed and I enjoyed my stay here with everyone. This place was very organized and especially will calls bells many other needing help they answer within reasonable timing Having my family visit definitely help me. I would recommend this facility to other who are need or rehab or long term

Having my stay here was wonderful. I am a independent person who broke my leg and was taking away from everything I know working everyday and taking care of others. The staff was wonderful And I'm coming back there to give a business card to be there for them if they need me too those girls give a 110 percent on this place taking care of us

Not having much experience with residential rehab, I can't judge some aspects. I found PT/OT to be very good with a lot of positive support and encouragement. Care staff was responsive to patient needs within reasonable limits.They seemed overwhelmed with the number of different things that they're presented with at any given moment. Like every business they appear short staffed with issues of turnover rate?. There were times when the atmosphere seemed very chaotic and unrestful

Had my husband was their for a month. He left their is worse condition then when he went in. The staffing is below average. My husband had to wait 45 minutes for the call bell to be answered when he was covered in feces. He left with more pressure ulcers then when he git their. Oh and yes the aids gave him skin tears by not caring about their job. Worse place ever. When you as a love one complains they tell you we are short staffed. They lost my husbands clothes when we the family was doing his wash. The aids just took the clothes without reading the sign that stated we do his wash. When asked who's replacing them the social workers we will get back to you. The food is nasty as hell. It i knew how nasty and understaffed this place is i would of Never put my husband their. This place should be closed down.

The staff has been very good to my grandmother. She is on the 3rd floor for rehab currently. They are very kind and have kept me well updated on her status since admission. She seems to be doing well this is a difficult time as we are unable to visit due to the pandemic but everyone is very nice there and makes sure she can talk to us a couple times a day. We are grateful for the loving care she has recieved.

My grandmother has been in the nursing home for over 2 years. My family and I have been very happy with the level of care that she’s received. Every time we visit, the staff is very friendly and my grandma can’t stop talking about how kind they are to her. She is very happy there and it gives us peace of mind to know she’s in good hands.

My mother-in-law has been living at Norwich Rehabilitation and Nursing Home for over two years now after living with us for over 11 years. She is very happy there and especially appreciates the staff. Every time we visit her she mentions how kind and helpful they are to her and this brings us peace of mind that she is being well-cared for. During 2020 staff have been very informative providing us updates regarding visiting procedures. I’m so happy that they follow strict guidelines and safety precautions to keep everyone safe during these unprecidented times.
