We are so lucky to have found Bayada home health in NYC. They are amazing! — Everyone from the office staff (especially Eric Minowitz, Client Service Manager, Megan, Nursing supervisor and of course the most fabulous home health aid, Pam). I can not recommend this company enough. When we were in crisis mode, they saved the day. — e.g. I called 4 places before I called Bayada, each was terrible. Some didn't answer the phone, some acted like they didn't care. But when I called Bayada, Eric answered the phone and immediately took charge and helped us. — He then followed-up daily with me and answered all my questions. I can go on and on, but bottom line — If you have a loved one that needs home care, call Bayada immediately. They will be a god send to you too.

Short story: Bayada has been an excellent partner with my family in managing my Dad's caretaking. Longer version: When our family made a decision that it was time for assistance from a home health aid, I didn't know where to start. I live in NJ and my 86 year old Mom was the primary caretaker for my 89 year old Dad who has mobility issues and dementia. The mother of one of my daughter's BFFs is an RN who works for Bayada. She patiently (yay nurses!) explained the services that Bayada provides, and it was fortuitous that the company had a NY office. All I ever heard was complaints about home health aids. I called around to a few places and figured that it was best to try a company that came with a recommendation. On the administrative side, Bayada has been very professional, accessible, flexible and responsive to our needs. The aides have been very attentive, helpful, patient and pleasant. As my Dad's needs change e.g. less walker and more wheelchair, Bayada staff has been accommodating. I would definitely recommend Bayada for home health care!

I am very glad I had the opportunity to work for BAYADA Home Healthcare over the last 4.5 years. I received excellent training and felt appreciated by the entire staff, and they show you their appreciation with their BAYADA BUCKS!! All of the coordinators are professional, responsive, accommodating as possible and quickly handled any matters that were reported to them. I would highly recommend employment with them, and if I return to the industry, they would be my first stop. They truly care for their clients and their home health aides. All the best

Bayada deserves 10 stars, not 5. We have been working with them and their wonderful HHAs for the past month, to support a dear friend who was stricken with COVID in December and now is in rehab in NYC since February. Marni Rose has helped us navigate the most challenging of situations and we have gotten the BEST HHAs for our friend. As we are not based in NYC, it has been critical to have someone who is, and can help out when things get rough...which these days in any facility they are. The whole Bayada team has been nothing short of stellar and my wife and I would HIGHLY recommend their services. 10 STARS to BAYADA on W. 30th Street!!
