We have been dealing with WFC since March 2019 when my Mom began to need 24 hour aides. Covid has made this all more complicated. As always, WFC was more helpful than I could dare to expect. The women who care for my Mom are tops. I recommend this agency with 5 stars with absolutely no reservation. I am updating this 5/2021. WFC continues to deliver superb service. I am still more than pleased and would recommend to anyone needing help caring for a loved one.

Three years ago, the world changed for my parents--as well as for me and my sister, who both live hours away from them. Enter Westchester Family Care and those who would become our brothers and sisters from other mothers. Everyone---from Glenn, who sits at the helm, to Nurse Irene whose expertise, devotion and compassion is unparalleled, to Nicole who handles billing and has provided me with tremendous personal attention, to Kenneths responsiveness to our sometimes last-minute coverage requests, to the numerous reliable and dedicated caregivers---is like a gift. If not for WFC, I would likely have had to quit my job and relocate, suffering untold emotional and financial consequences. They are simply the best and have provided hugs, hand-holding and holistic support to help us take every step of this challenging journey---ALWAYS with our, not their, best interests at heart. I was recovering from foot surgery and called this agency by mistake. Even over the phone, I got the sense that this was a very well run and professional agency! They were exactly what I needed. All of the aides were kind, courteous and hard working. They made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was well taken care of. The office staff was friendly, kind, and professional! I would highly recommend WFC to friends and family.

Five years of exceptional care has come to an end. My parents received the love and attention from Glenn and his extraordinary team, and for that I will be forever grateful. My 92 year old father has been under the care of Westchester Family Care for the past 3 years and all I can say is amazing!! The aid that takes care of my dad is not only a professional but a true friend to my dad. The group as a whole from the owner to his unbelievable staff are friendly, caring and the easiest to work with. Theyve made my life of worrying about my dad living at his home by himself from panic to no worries, from taking him to his doctors appointments and having there nurse visit every few months to see how hes doing. Glen and his staff are nothing but the most unbelievable and caring staff! What you see is what you get no pretenses here! Its not about the money its about the client! My dad is 91 and his aid provided by Them has been life changing for my dad, Ian is caring and responsible and is focused on making my dads life as easy and happy as possible.
