This place is great! Lori the Property Manager is very friendly and helpful and really cares about the tenants. My initial tour of the facilities was very in-depth and she really took the time to explain everything and then a week later did the tour for my son also. John the Maintenance Mgr is very helpful too. The first thing I noticed was how clean everything looked and smelled so fresh. I've only been here 2 months so far but everyone I met is very friendly. It's very peaceful and quiet here, with planned weekly activities. And with the rising costs of utilities it's amazing that all the utilities are included in the rent even the Wi-Fi! Right in the mix of Alden, Depew and Lancaster so there's a lot of shopping available nearby. Signed, a happy camper.

Such a welcoming community! Brought my dad for an apartment tour and Aubrey the property manager was very friendly and answered all of my questions.

I recently went to look at the apartments at Lancaster Commons. The apartment manager Mary Pat was so very nice and explained everything in great detail. Even though it was at the end of the month and she was extremely busy we never felt rushed and she treated us like we were family. She helped us in deciding on what would be the very best apartment to match my needs. Everything is very clean well taken care of & so many amenities. All the tenants that I passed were extremely friendly. I had no problem making my decision that Lancaster Commons is somewhere I will be happy living at. Can’t wait to move in!

Its hard to rate a place when you only c a specific area.my moms apartment.the building is clean,nicely landscaped ,well decorated and seems to have enough " entertainment " areas for folks to do things. Pool table ,t.v.'s,common / private areas w board games ,books and puzzles etc. My mother is not the social butterfly type so getting a handle on the overall atmosphere is tough. The only issue was a few encounters w building maintenance,sometimes a little slow to respond but friendly and courteous.with being there a short time we're not sure if that's a big issue yet.as is with any decisions on taking care of your parents ask allot of questions AND keep vigilant!!!
