My aunt moved in just about a year ago. We met with Sales Director, Jennifer, and she showed us the community and introduced us to all the residents. I remember thinking instantly that this is going to be my aunt's next home. The grounds are beautiful and the residents have many outdoor activities they can partake it. Maureen and Catherine at the concierge deck always go out of their way to help the residents and their families. The Activities Director, Emma, does a great job engaging all the residents. My aunt never even knew she loved to paint until she got there! The waitstaff is always attentive to her likes and dislikes. Always adding new options to satisfy the taste buds. Lauren, the executive director, is doing a great job making this beautiful place for people to call home.

My grandma has been living at Atria Hertlin place for 6 months and is having the time of her life! There's always activities going on and things to do and she had met plenty of lovely people. The residence is clean and well kept! I am so happy to have found an amazing facility for my grandma.

I am an outside provider and service many of the communities in the area. Atria Hetlin Place is one of the nicest communities around. From the staff, to the accommodations and activities for the residents, it is always a great place to visit. If I needed a place for one of my loved ones to live, Atria Hertlin Place would be on the top of my list.

This is a beautiful community with a wonderful group of employees that really care about each resident. Lauren the Executive Director, Jen the Director of Sales and the entire staff always make the residents feel welcome as though they are family. The activities team really has some fun and engaging events and trips, alittle something for everyone. There are beautiful grounds and residens can garden, play shuffle board, or just walk the grounds. It really has alot of offer whether you are independent or need assistance with activities of daily living. This community has it all.

I Love Atria Hertlin Place! My 97 year old grandmother is having a blast. She loves the food, activities, has many new friends and has been a resident there for the past 5 years. The staff is caring and compassionate. Their Executive Director, Lauren Pinto has been wonderful as well and has been there for 17 years! Thank you Atria for giving our family peace of mind and our grandmother with love and support!

rent increases every year. percent is very high compare to cost of living. food needs to be improved and served hot..music in dining room is too loud. I am unable to hear people at my table and the waitresses. walking in the cafe is hazzardess, two many wheel chairs. cleaning service needs improvement.

Friendly community caring staff. To be clear none of these places are perfect but overall they really try to address residents wants and needs. Did a fantastic job during Covid. LOVE THIS PLACE-from the moment I walk through the door I and was greeted by a smiling concierge. I knew this was going to be the place for my Aunt. Its always clean the staff is amazingly friendly the other residents are so sweet and kind they always have great parties, the food is outstanding. You really do get a lot for your money.

When I walked into this community I was so taken back at the amazing clean smell and how immaculate it was . The residents are very happy and a smile on each everyones face . The staff is very helpful and they also have smiles on their faces which makes me feel that much better and have a calm about it . A beautiful building resting on large well kept grounds. The interior of the building is clean, decorated nicely, especially cheerful during a holiday. The staff is always friendly, caring, and helpful. The food is great and the dining area is always clean. The cafe is always filled with residents engaging in activities with smiles and lots of laughter. There are other great accommodations such as a library, movie theatre and beauty salon. Atria Hertlin Place is a wonderful place to call HOME.

My mother has been living at the Atria for the past three years. She left the house she was living in for over 55 years and moved into the Atria. If you ask her today if she misses her home she will tell you she does not. Living at the Atria has proven to be the best thing for her at this time in her life.. She is very comfortable in her apartment , has a social life and is enjoying life. We couldnt ask for anything more for our mother.

Ive been here for the past 3 years with my Girl Scout troops to entertain the seniors with holiday songs and every time Ive been there Ive been extremely impressed by the care they give each of the seniors, the cleanliness of the entire place, the friendliness of the staff to us and the residents, how beautiful and appetizing the meals looked and how beautifully decorated the common areas and the dining room were.

I recently moved my mother into Atria Hertlin Place. While it was not an easy decision for Mom, the staff (especially the director) helped with the transition — patiently and with great compassion — and a welcoming smile on every face. The community is very beautiful! With windows and sunshine everywhere you look. Mom says she feels like she is out in the country and, at the same time, in the comfort of her own beautiful home. She loves her delicious meals, and is happy to be making new friends. The whole family agrees that this has been a great decision!

I brought my 80 year old Mom there for a1 month trial hoping that she will stay on. It's been 4 days and I haven't seen her this happy in a long time. Caring staff, lively friendly residents. It's a very warm and welcoming environment with a lot of energy.

I brought my 87 year old Mom with the onset of dementia to Hertlin Place last July. Mom's transformation has been incredible. Prior to moving her, she lived alone, was not eating, depressed, lethargic, moody, and refused to be taken to "senior activities." I heard about Hertlin through friends. The Team at Hertlin offered a welcome lunch to introduce Mom to their facility. My Mom was impressed saying "I didn't know a place like this existed." She asked to be moved then changed her mind. But, I had already made plans to move her, so she was moving. It was a difficult time! However, after about two weeks of adjustment, she finally settled into her new home. The team at Hertlin were kind, understanding, and extremely supportive in helping Mom and me with the transition process. My Mom is now one of the Ambassador's helping new people acclimate to their new home. The socialization, kind and considerate staff, and caring attitude of everyone at Hertlin has given my Mom back her life, and mine too. If you have concerns about your parent(s) living alone, check out Atria - Hertlin Place. I can now sleep at night knowing my Mom is not alone, has people checking on her and providing a safe and caring environment. Paula

For the past 8 years my Mother has been a resident at Hertlin Place. Debra Spranaitis had always been in our eyes, a dedicated employee of Hertlin House and now Atria Hertlin Place. We met Debra when she joined the staff 7 years ago. We got to know Debra as the smiling face at the front desk .Debra always had a caring positive attitude interacting with the residents and their families. Debra made my Mother feel comfortable approaching the desk to ask any question that was on her mind. Thru the years as Debra's position has changed she never forgot the residents and their families .Although my Mother cannot interact with Debra as she had in the past, Debra always approaches my Mom when we she sees her with a gentle touch, smile and kind words "Eleanor, you look so prettty". Debra has been our go to person. The transition of employees from Hertlin House to Atria Hertlin Place was initially a concern for the residents and their families. Thankfully, Debra helped us thru the transition. Atria Hertlin Place is fortunate to have Debra as a dedicated, caring, professional member of the staff. As a retired school administrator, I am aware of the importance of having the right people in the right position and Debra is a key player at Atria Hertlin Place.
