I went with a group to perform for the residents. They appeared well cared for, and the areas we were in were lovely. They have a beautiful courtyard in the center. The parking situation was a little dicey, and the GPS directions almost had us go into the delivery and loading dock driveway instead. Street parking is metered. We also had to check in at the front desk for security, which I appreciated. Many of the residents we met were in good spirits and were happy to have us there. The home had also brought a group of them via bus to see our show in person at our venue and handled them quite well for a day trip.

This is about my father in law - Dad moved to Atria Cutter Mill at 94 and coming out of the long lonely covid era. He made friends quickly and got involved in life again. We looked at several other places before visiting and choosing Atria Cutter Mill. He has said many times in the year and a half he's been there "I picked the right place". We are so happy he did, and recommend it to other families. We don't worry about him anymore either mentally or physically, and the staff is wonderful.

Visiting friends and family members over the course of many years at the Atria Cuttermill all I can say is I see a dedicated and caring staff. It must be difficult in these hard times trying to keep the residents occupied when the general public is not allowed in with covid restrictions but they are able to do it. When seeing friends there they are always with smiles on there face. Again, kudos to the different departs. that keep residents safe and well.

I have a loved one living at Atria Cutter mill for about 3 years now. I am very pleased to say the least. The staff is fantastic. Ive never honestly met such loving and caring people. They work hard as a team to ensure the health and wellness of their residents. I am extremely happy with the way Atria has been handling Covid restrictions and protocols. My loved one is kept safe and sound therefore putting her family and friends at complete ease.Thank you to my CutterMill family.

My grandfather has been at Atria for almost two years now. Im so thankful for the staff and everyone for keeping us well informed and especially during the pandemic. I felt the safest he was there being taken care of. Before the pandemic I visited weekly with my youngest who was 1.5 at the time. When she was with my grandfather he felt like a celebrity everyone was so happy and friendly. Cant ask for anything better.

From the wide variety of services, entertainment, and support they have provided for him since he moved in to the current coordination and assistance with zoom calls and Skyps with him and our family during the pandemic, they have truly been a lifeline for us to stay connected with him during this time when we could no longer visit in person. My mom has been at Atria cutter mill for a little over 3 years and weve been pretty happy with the staff and level of care. It feels like a warm community to live in and they are trying their best dealing with Covid this past year, which has been very challenging for all. If I had to say something negative , it would be about the food. Mom is not loving it lately — but that might be because of the delivery of food to a everyones room which may be impacting the quality. I wish they had a dietician who could tailor menus to my moms dietary restrictions. However, the place is beautifully kept and the staff are all very nice which is the most important thing to me.

My mom has been a resident since October 2018, and is totally happy with her life there. She has met new friends, learned new social activities, attends intellectual talks, lectures, and entertainment. She has great appreciation for her caregivers, and the staff in general, who are warm, gentle, and attentive.The managements COVID protocols have kept everyone so safe, and they balanced personal interaction to minimize quarantine feelings of isolation.We are grateful to Atrias great team for their dedication to brighteningher life.

My mom Helene Kamer has been here for a year and a half. She likes the many activities the place has to offer and loves the staff. She always says, the Atria is like living in a 5 star hotel. I would highly recommend it.

My mother has lived here for 14 years. For the most part this has become her loving home. My sisters and I have always felt that the staff has been warm, caring and attentive. Needless to say, knowing that our mother is living in this residence has provided us with an enormous sense of security. Activities are provided but could be more varied and plentiful. It would be wonderful to include activities that promote conversation for those inclined to partake. The new activities director is trying to bring about some improvement. Food is plentiful although not varied. Overall the attention to care and kind attention is a constant by the staff - the aids, the drivers, the kitchen staff, those who run activities; they are superb. Communication opportunities for administrators and family members could be offered regularly. This would create a stronger sense of community and mutual concern.

My mother moved to the Atria Cutter Mill (ACM) about 1 1, 2 years ago. She had been living alone since my dad passed and didnt want help. She had a series of falls and we decided to move her to ACM after rehab. From my first phone call with the staff I knew she would be taken care of. The staff explained the process and the benefits of assisted living. Despite resisting at first, within a month she decided on her own that ACM was the right place for her to be. Our family is thrilled she is being so well taken care of and she has retained some independence as well. The social aspects of ACM have been great - she has a built in network of people to interact with. Between the social interaction and the amazing staff that makes sure she is safe its been a win win for the whole family.

The had great attention to details and where very informative towards their different options of service they provide.The building is immaculate, diverse food choices, a very vibrant environment. When I visit my Mom, Janet Felsher, I never know which Carol Davis I am going to see. You might ask me why and this is the reason: Carol has many different wigs and she has one for every day. Some are long and sexy and some are short and curly. There are others that are short and straight or long and straight. In the beginning I did not know who I was going to see. Underneath all those wigs is a wonderful person who makes my Mom smile and makes sure that she is kept busy. When my Mom is happy, my whole family is happy.

I like the food, musical entertainment and the weekly shopping trips to CVS etc. I wish they had scheduled computer lessons because I would be able to learn without interference. I wish the movies were be better but I really like when we play jeopardy on the TV but I wish they would show the answers to the questions on TV. We will never learn if we do not know the answers. Employees are ok and nice.
