My experience was amazing! The building were safe and secured. The facilities were immaculately maintained. Staff was courteous and accommodating. 5 stars are not enough!!!

Would just like to say that I’ve been here for almost a week. Nursing staff, aids and physical therapists have been very helpful and caring. I would like to say that when reviewing their nutritional program on their website IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND LIE. The kitchen here is an absolute joke - they don’t meet the individual needs of each patient as the website states. You get whatever they send on your tray and portion sizes are less than a 4 year old could eat. The chefs here cannot even cook chicken. I just got done choking down the two driest pieces of chicken I’ve ever eaten - took a bottle of ginger ale to be able to chew and swallow each piece. Yesterday was kielbasa day and I’ve never seen kielbasa burnt to a crisp. I would actually classify it as kielbasa jerky. I also talked to kitchen and asked for double kielbasa and sauerkraut and to please exclude the marble cake and potatoes - well none of that happened. I got the cake and potatoes plus I didn’t get the double kielbasa and sauerkraut - thank god because it was inedible. Also one of the menu options for breakfast is hard boiled eggs - didn’t get those because kitchen didn’t have any hard boiled eggs. Twice now I’ve had to door dash food in order to eat. Like I said the nutrition program on website is complete false advertising. Next is the pain management. Before I arrived here I was getting double the amount of pain management and it was every 6 hours. They reduced my pain management by 1/2 and it’s every 8 hours, so I spend 90% of my day in complete pain and have trouble getting out of bed. I was told a pain management doctor would be in to see me but that hasn’t happened. Currently, I give this place a ranking of 2 and would not recommend coming here. Maybe things will get better but I think that’s wishful thinking at this point. Hopefully this is a little helpful insight Steve Urbanczyk

My mother in law has been in an ALF for years but needed rehab. I chose fulton center and I am so pleased with the compassion of the staff, the physical therapy, and the environment that I made the decision to keep her there longterm. She has thrived there and is so happy. Thank you fulton center for all you do! You are truly a compassionate and amazing team!

My mother spent her remaining days on this earth in hospice care at that place...as another review said good staff is few and far between...most would allow my dying mother to be racked with pain stating they can give meds up to an hr after they're scheduled all while showing no emotion and would make sure her meds were always given the hr after. BUT i do want to name 3 aids that were INCREDIBLE, Albee, Cleveland and Ricky..they would go ABOVE AND BEYOND for my mom as did the people in PT/OT that would just come to give her a massage or apply lotion to her skin. The place REEKED of urine and feces, people yell all through the night, staff would watch residents just walk into other people's rooms and do nothing. The 1st night my mom was there her foley bag leaked and when they cleaned it up...they used a blanket and told us housekeeping would be in in the morning to properly clean the room...and the housekeeper that came in had the balls to tell my mom to "be quiet" and that she "knows her job".

Excellent patient care is provided. The staff is helping me even though I have back problems.They are doing their best, but my right foot is equally problematic. The cuisine is healthy and tasty. Naturally, the facility is spotless; each day, they perform a 5-point room cleaning.

God bless these amazing doctors and staff for their amazing job in getting our mother back on her feet after a three month stint in three different hospitals. She had suffered multiple strokes and had a long battle with Covid. Once she arrived in this wonderful rehabilitation center,things started getting better immediately. We can't thank you fine folks enough for all of your support and guidance. Thank you,Thank you, thank you...and thank God there are amazing people like you to care for the weakened and vulnerable folks that are suffering.

Fulton Center is seriously under staff. The food is terrible. Nothing for activities because they take the staff from there to help on the halls with patients. On the weekend the meds are late and if you're in pain forget it, b/c it's takes the rest of the day catching up.

This facility is suffering in staff like all medical facilities and nursing homes and despite that has maintained good communication with me and cared for my loved one. Ive been having a really horrible experience with care for my mother as facilities are predatory and you must advocate for your loved ones care and its been so rough! This facility has been a godsend. Clean, caring staff and available doctors NPs and nurses to ensure your loved one is watched over.

Several of the staff were very caring and helpful! But others ignored call button for 20 minutes while on their cell phones! Also, one day food was on the floor over 90 minutes right in front of the nurses station!!
