Dosberg Manor is a wonderful facility with superb care!

This place shoulder be shut down. There are so many health code violations its disgusting. The nursing staff is terrible. They do NOT care about your loved ones. They neglect and abuse patients. This place is disgusting (coming from someone who worked there!!!) PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!!!!

After spending about a year coming regularly, and then a few times a year for the next 4 years, I would no longer consider placing a family member here bc of Admin coverups, nursing staff lack of compassion and lies…. But From 5 years ago I had written: I've been visiting an older gentlemen whose family thought he would enjoy my company. 95 percent of The nurses and employees are friendly, outgoing and attentive. During the past 5 years I've spent a great deal of times in nursing homes, hospitals, rehabs and doctors offices. This place is stellar! And gorgeous REAL art and sculpture is on every single wall. So far in the nursing home section I've discovered 2 solariums, 2 giant birdcages, a micro movie theatre, and I'm familiar with 3 pets that are brought in by guests to visit their family resident. Oh! And you can sign up to have a very affordable lunch or dinner or both with your family if you like to dine together. (And the new admins sold off much of the original art)

Five, six, seven years ago (or more) prior to the change in the administration, this location was an exceptional place to reside and work. However, since the newer "leadership" the ambiance, nursing, dining & cleaning services, and customer service has deteriorated considerably, rendering it an undesirable environment for both living for the residents and working for the staff. The accolades and awards they like to brag about on their website, ect, is from many years past. The most recent CEO & COO (skilled nursing administrator) do not compare to their predecessors, they are merely riding on the coat tails of other people's achievements from work done well before them. This place is a revolving door for staff, because they can't keep decent staff due to aforementioned reasons. Unfortunately, Weinberg has lost a lot of great talent and it reflects in the amount of residential vacancies Weinberg is currently dealing with. Hopefully they can turn around their current image for the sake of the geriatric population that needs them.

My loved one was disrespected by staff and had her bedding thrown at her. She was let sitting on the toilet for 30min and her legs and feet went numb. They are short of staff and need to train and hire their nurses aids. They need in-house customer training and this should be required quarterly. Staff doesn't realize they will be old one day and the way they treat the patient today will be worst when the caregiver will need someone to take care of them. If you can, keep your loved one home & away from all nursing homes.

Visited my aunt who was in rehab. They need more signage on where to park and where to enter as l led a small wagon train who appeared just as confused. Once inside, the front desk was able to tell me the room number but l think l took a wrong turn and got very lost. Finally found her room, which l found neat and comfortable, but empty. I sat for a few minutes, assuming she was in therapy or even and a common eating area. After maybe 10 minutes, a staff member informed me that she was having lunch in a sitting area. The common room was comfortable and well appointed with large windows overlooking the grounds. My aunt was enjoying her food and was neatly dressed while watching a game show. We sat on a nice sofa when a staff member offered to freshen the polish on her nails which really didnt need it. She set up a little station behind us and took care of several ladies. I was impressed with the overall neatness of the building, the attentive staff and noticed no odors. I left later that day, confident that she was well taken care of and very at ease. Good job, Weinberg!

My nonnie is now a resident there and we have not had to worry about her safety at all since she has been there. Her memory diagnosis has been very challenging for us, especially her. But knowing she is safe and being taken care of means everything to myself and my family. Only issue I personally have would be that everyone should be on the same page. Meds especially. Just a simple mistake with medication could be fatal and I'm happy the head nurse there fixed the mistake. Other than that, the place is beautiful, homey, cozy, safe, pet friendly, and the staff helps the family's going through the gut wrenching diagnosis. Shaton and Wendy knew that this was extremely hard for us and even harder for my nonnie. Just a simple " how are you doing?" Showed me the staff really does care. So if a loved one needs memory care assisted living, this is where you want your loved one. This was the only place I would trust with my nonnie. Period. Couldn't thank them enough.

This place is on a downslide. Used to have a good reputation. I could recommend their Garden House assisted living facility - they had some staff issues but ovrerall a good place. However their Rosa Coplon skilled nursing facility is an absolute dump. So when it comes to graduated care, your loved one is going to end up in a bad place when it comes time for a nursing home. The primary problem is their staff - overall very low quality staff that they hire and a constant revolving door.

I am posting this because as a caregiver I feel people should know what a wonderful place Weinberg Campus is. The staff there is friendly & Holly the manager of Forest Creek is an amazing individual. The activities they offer for the independent resident are fantastic. All the staff I interacted with were professional & friendly. Weinberg Campus is underrated for all it offers people. I love that they have continuous care for all levels. I love the activities calendar they post. The staff there really make it feel like family in the independent living side. Keep up the wonderful work.

I very much wish I could write a wonderful review as this is where my 94 year old mother currently resides. I cannot. She is left in wet or dirty diapers daily. The showers are cold and one of her aides insisted that my mother be showered anyway because "it's your day for a shower." A 94 year old frail woman given a cold shower?! Call lights are mostly ignored. My mother is frequently not gotten out of bed until 11 AM or later and she has recently developed a bed sore. I will say some of the aides try their best to be friendly but friendly is not enough when basic needs are not being met. My mother (and all other residents) deserve more. Please beware of committing your loved one to this facility.

If you love your family member and want them to be fed when they aren’t capable of feeding themselves, all I can say is don’t put them in this place! They will let your family member starve! I live out of state and had no idea until today!

The place was very quiet. We were greeted with a very friendly staff who were very attentive and helpful. The campus is a sprawling area with lots of buildings so go to the visitors office first. The rooms are suites and have all the comforts needed for end of life.

Great place to work! “Working here “Feels like Family.” Caring, dedicated staff give their all every day to make a difference in the lives of our residents. Great pay, benefits; beautiful work environment; supportive leadership. Highly recommend.

This place is horrible. My grandmother requested A GLASS OF WATER for over 12 hours, one nurse told her she didn't need anything and she was fine. Another nurse walked out ignoring her. She also needs assistance to the bathroom, she woke up wet. The nurse got mad at her for not getting up and going to the bathroom. A WOMAN WHO IS BASICALLY CHAIR OR BED RIDDEN. This place is a absolute joke. Please don't send your loved ones here. Having to listen to my grandmother cry because she can't get any kind of decent or even basic care is terrible. Spare yourself.

My husband, Richard has been a resident since July. First in rehab then assisted living at Garden House. Unfortunately, he has been send to the emergency room 3 times in 8 days. Instead of being informed by your staff, I received a call from the hospital that he would no longer reside at Garden House. He is back today at Rosa Coplon. I hope there is another Charlene who was so caring and accommodating that she even trimmed his hair. We were originally given a 45day grace period when he was moved to Garden House and assume the same will apply now that he has moved again to Rosa Coplon. His room was empied Oct. 24 so a credit is also due.

I am a resident in the assistant living at Dosberg Manor. I love the friendly atmosphere and enjoy the friends that I have made. I love the all of the staff especially the nurses. I love all the activities that Dosberg Manor has to offer. Anytime I need help everyone is there for me. I love my Dosberg family.

Weinberg Campus is a wonderful place inside and out. The staff are very compassionate and go above and beyond for the residents. I would recommend anyone looking for a place for their loved ones to come here. Working here is very pleasant as staff are always friendly and management is willing to help at all times when needed.

Its a nice nursing home for elderly people
December 2020
Funeral Director here. I see the dirty underbelly of a lot of nursing homes. This place doesnt have one of those.
November 2020
One of the nurses was so fabulous, she gave excellent care, always cheerful and so helpful, was compassionate to the elders needs without belittling and always respecting their dignity. But the facility is old and needs updating. Just because people are older doesnt mean it doesnt matter to them the conditions they have to live in. Please lets pay more attention to the care and needs of the elderly as we will all be there one day!!!
October 2020
Very clean. Staff very accommodating and professional.
October 2020
Such wonderful staff. Debbie Schultz is amazing, Doesberg is lucky to have her as an employee.
September 2020
My father is currently a resident at Rosa Coplon and my aunt is at Dosberg Manor. Both receive good care and attention. The staff are approachable and competent. The physical structure is very spacious-you do not find residents lined up in front of a nurses station as you do in many other facilities. The space is kept neat and clean-free of odors. They both complain about some (sometimes most) of the meals but that seems to be the nature of the beast when you are feeding so many. Overall, we are glad they are safe, clean and protected at Weinberg .
August 2020
Wonderful care. Great staff. Scary statue inside lol
August 2020
The staff is very attentive to the residents. There is a lot of interaction with the residents and very friendly. You can feel the warmth and love in the Garden House. My mom is more alert, active and she feels very comfortable. This was a great choice. The area is large and has space for movement.
July 2020
Very nice caring staff.
May 2020
Large, multi- leveled complex. Availabilities from apts, assisted care, rehab, memory loss , etc. Very well taken care of- clean, excellent decor. Many areas for eating with residents or not. Various activities.
May 2020
Was a pt. in rehab 2 months ago. Found most nurses and CNA ‘s considerate and caring. Therapists were very thorough and caring. Food was ok. Did have choices if I did not like what they were serving. Only complaint in dining area is girls were seen playing with their long hair and then serving food. Its quiet compared to other facilities and private rooms are a plus.
April 2020
Seemingly decent place but the comunication between patients families and staff is less than desired. Odd that there are no provided televisions OR room phones in the long term care rooms. Nurses have come in to answer call button, shut off said call button and left patients room without offering assistance in the rehab section! Ive known better places. Ive also known worse.
April 2020
Beautiful facility!! Friendly super helpful staff too!!
April 2020
Pleasant my elderly friends like the apartments, and food
February 2020

January 2020
Depressing atmosphere. Confusing floor plan. Sparse staff on a Sunday afternoon.
September 2019
My 90 year old Dad has been here almost a week. He was admitted from a hospital late on a Friday night. Jackie the nurse in charge has been very thorough in answering our questions, doing detective work to make sure his meds were right, and letting us know the treatment plan. Today the whole therapy team and social worker came to talk to us about the inpatient treatment plan and goals, as well as plans for in home support once he us discharged. The aids have been very compassionate and helpful. The only negative I noticed was that the weekend staff seemed a bit thin compared to week day staff. The only advice I have for family is to get to know the team caring for your family member, ask very specific questions about the treatment plan, and note if plan is being followed. The staff is caring for alot of patients but happily answered our questions in a timely manner. The facility is very well appointed and comfortable. The artwork is very uplifting.
