An Angel named Marveline walked into my parents home! She is very Special because she brings the best in my dad. When I am there, she plays cards with him and makes him smile. They dance in the kitchen and he sings his Italian songs and makes him laugh. I get a feeling of happiness that radiates my heart. She continues to engage with him, so he doesn't become too antsy. She takes him outdoors for fresh air. Marveline cares for him, she has a loving heart which means the world to me. She will take my parents blood pressure and she also cares for my mom in the event she is not feeling well, Marveline will call me. We feel secure to have had the most AMAZING experience with Marveline. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND to bring joy and happiness to both of my parents. My family has only high praise for the caregivers and managers at Steadfast Caregivers. It was a very difficult situation when our mother (who insisted on living alone) required assistance and we could not help since we lived out of state. Steadfast Caregivers provided wonderful attendants, especially this past year, when they sent us Ana, a Spanish speaker, who came in to help our mom for three days a week. When mom suffered a fall, she was taken to a hospital and we asked Ana to continue her normal shift so she could visit her before we arrived. We have since moved mom to a long-term care facility in New Jersey. But Ana's attention and consideration of our mom's needs was amazing and very much appreciated by not only us, but especially our mom. The agency stepped in to help us at the most crucial moment and we will always be grateful to their professionalism and compassion. THANK YOU, ALEX, YINI, and your crew!

We highly recommend Steadfast Caregivers. We were bringing our Dad home to hospice and Alex was so helpful getting us a part time aide, Ms. Andrea. When we realized our Dad was declining and we needed more help, Alex was quick to help us get what we needed and get additional days covered. Ms. Andrea was a god send and gave us such peace of mind while she was with our Dad. Their rates are reasonable and they also communicate via text which is a huge help when you don't have time to sit on the phone. If we could give 10 stars we would.

Team Steadfast are amazing. Time and time again they have been there for our family, especially during times of great distress. Their aides are warm and caring and think on their feet, and Alex has been a rock when we have needed him the most. What a great company! If there was a way to give more than 5 stars I would. My Uncle needed 24-7 care and I reached out to Steadfast Caregivers. At first there were different caregivers that did not fit with my Uncle. I communicated with the company and immediately they switched out the caregivers. When the new caregivers came they were excellent. They treated my Uncle like one of their family members. At the end my Uncle needed more care. Steadfast was able to supply another caregiver to sit with him through the night. Communication with the company was great, from the office, to billing nurse Christina and Alex. Thank you Steadfast for allowing me to fulfill my uncles wishes and allow my Uncle to stay at home.

There is no substitute for a family member caring for elderly parents, however, Steadfast Caregivers certainly come close. From the moment we called them, we felt that we were part of an extended family and their kindness and compassion showed immensely. The staff at Steadfast Caregivers exhibit professionalism and excellent medical knowledge at all times. Without the home care provided by Steadfast, my parents would not have been able to stay in their own home during the last year of their life. This assistance made all the difference in the quality of their life as well as the lives of our family in general. The caregivers were superior, providing not only day to day tasks, but a deep personal connection which gave them emotional support as well. My mother took suddenly sick last year and needed in home care while no one was at home. I work from 9-6 so leaving her home all day was not an option. We were new to the process, and were directed to Steadfast Caregiver Agency. They immediately returned my call and set up an appointment to meet with both Mother and myself. We discussed the health concerns, likes and dislikes and outline the duties we expect for the aide to perform and within a day or two the aide was there. Needless to say my Ma who was 93 at the time really did not like strangers in her home. It was an uphill battle for the months, and through no fault on the aides part. Most people would find it uncomfortable having a new aide every few weeks, but she seemed to tired of them and welcome a new challenge. It seems to give her purpose and not making her feel vulnerable. The agency worked with my mothers request for a new aide when she tired of them and each time they were able to provide backup. Quality of care wasnt the issue, we meet with wonderful people who worked for the agency. I would have no problem recommending Steadfast or using them again for in home care. Thank you
