Welcome to Creekstone! We provide ideal combination of housing, care, and services for seniors. Our community was designed to a quiet, beautiful community settled in the center of Fairport. The residents staying with us love the support and help they get while also enjoying their privacy. Seniors have their choice of studio, 1 or 2 bedroom units. Apartments with private baths and kitchenettes are also available. We are incredibly proud of our Fairport staff members. The employees here are 100% committed to the care and well-being of our residents. Creekstone meal plans that are prepared with fresh ingredients daily from specially designed menus. We also offer snacks between meal times. Private dining, family style, cookouts, picnics are all available for every style of meal that could be desired. We can accommodate for nearly every type of diet.

We took my Aunt who was living alone with vascular dementia. The process went so smooth - Nancy and Jana were amazing! The staff have been so kind and supportive during a bumpy transition. Its a wonderful facility - highly recommend it!

Nothing but high praise! After spending the last ten days in Rochester visiting my mother, who lives at Creekstone Memory Care, I cant tell you how much my family and I appreciate the culture of caring that Jennifer and Nancy have created there. Every evening that I would leave after visiting my mother, and witnessing all the lovely interactions between her and her caregivers, I felt so incredibly grateful, and so lucky to have found Creekstone. In the four months my mom has lived there, she seems so happy, comfortable, and well cared for. Its a very special place! I would not hesitate to inquire and see if this environment is right for your parent.
