I had my aunt at Ian Heights of Eden Assisted Living Residence and we had such a great experience. The staff was always kind, caring, and really made her feel at home. It gave our family a lot of peace of mind knowing she was in a safe place where people truly cared about her. The community itself is clean, welcoming, and just has a really warm feel to it. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good place for their loved one!

I'm always welcome and treated wonderful when I go to visit, the staff is wonderful especially Lindsey and Kelsey, those two are gems and an asset to Eden Heights

Very disappointed! The staff works so hard to keep the place going with no support from the corporate office which has now upped the rent $550.00 a month for 2025! The building needs alot of work ( no heat in one wing in December, wall paper and painting project has been in the works for over a year, front entrance awning falling down for over six months). Currently no Director to run the place, heating system, food quality is inconsistent , short staffed and they upped the rent! Not worth it at all. It’s a shame corporate greed on the elderly and their families.

My mother’s aides and med techs at Eden Heights, Eden, NY are very kind and caring. The kitchen staff works hard and prepares good food for the residents. Eden Heights brings in musicians and provides nice activities for the Seniors. The facility is kept clean and it looks like they’re trying to update some areas and install new washing machines. My main concerns: The main office people have spoken to me in a condescending manner at times which I don’t appreciate.’

Great assisted living facility. Facility manager does a great job as well as her team she has working there. Lots of activity's for the residents and great food and dinning experience Mom was a little hesitant at first moving in there now I couldn't get her to leave. She loves it there.keep up the good work!
