My dad has been in this facility for over two years. I am very pleased with the service he receives. The staff is wonderful and take the time to develop relationships with each resident. There are activities throughout the day that residents can participate in. It’s like a home away from home.

my friend is in this place and is not being taking care of, they sometimes do not bring his food or meds. they shut off his T.V cable and he has n Tv for weeks. there is also some kind of an alarm outside his door that goes off for weeks. It drives him crazy to have to listen to that alarm going off all day and night. crazy things go on around there and people are not being taking care of very well. I have called many times about this matter but all I get is the run around they lie to me all the time and I do not take kindly to being lied to. They need to be reported to the health department and that's just what I am going to do.

The caring and compassion was beyond 5 stars! Mom was happy and very well cared for here- during Covid they made sure our window visits were as comfortable for her as possible and they made sure she was able to see her beloved dog. The facility doesn't have the "bells & whistles " of the larger places but her room was mopped daily and there was never a smell. From start to finish we couldn't have asked for better care for Mom. Thank you

Recently placed my mom in birchwood suites and had the pleasure from my understanding of meeting the new Director for nurses. I say pleasure as this was a tough time for mom and myself , My mother is my best friend. This lady(director) put my heart at ease seeing how she treated my mother. Please dont stop treating the elderly the way you do. You are heaven sent.Thank you Jamie

I honestly loved working here. Yes there was a couple of error or low points. But there was a lot of Changes and a lot was done. Residents were being more taken care of and there was a lot of more staff. There are some things that need to be done but I give a huge thanks for the administrator who helped me and opened my eyes and lead me to the correct direction. There may be bad reviews but from my experience since 2016 through 2019 this place has up graded a lot. Unfortunately employment wise it didnt work out for personal reason, but if I had a chance I would definitely come back. I miss all of my team and residents.

So far so good. I have placed my uncle here after he was basically not invited back to a different assistant living facility. He has dementia and I feel the staff is handling him well. I have found staff to be caring, helpful and friendly. They love my uncle and enjoy having him in the community. I am always welcomed and my uncle seems to be happy and well taken care of. I am thankful!
