The building is absolutely beautiful. All staff that I had the pleasure of talking with during my tour were so friendly. My tour guide was Erin K and she was so welcoming! I would highly recommend Peregrine Senior Living at Delmar to my clients. As the Director of Social work at a skilled Nursing facility that facilitates many transitions to assisted living communities, Adriana and her team are amazing. My dad has been living at Peregrine Delmar Place for almost a month. We had been concerned that he would not transition well from his own home to Delmar Place. Our concerns were unfounded. My dad loves the facility and staff. Everyone is kind and patient. The facility is bright and cheerful and there are always activities to participate in. Dad raves about the meals. We are so happy with Delmar Place.

My 100 yr old dad will be making the Atria Delmar Place his new home soon and we cant wait! From the moment I connected with Jackie a lot of my worries were dismissed. She follows through on everything, runs interference and problem solves with issues that may arise, understands incredibly what you go through during this transition, goes way above and beyond with insuring the move is as effortless as possible and does all this every time with a level of care, authenticity and smarts equal to none!! I looked into many other assisted living facilities in this area and knew Delmar Place was the one after a phone call with Jackie. The tour of Delmar Place enhanced my decision even more. Every staff member Ive met and dealt with is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The accommodations are fresh, clean and inviting. The amenities are excellent for my dad and we all have a peace of mind knowing Atria Delmar Place is my dads new address !!

If you are looking for an Assisted Living Community, Atria Delmar is wonderful! The location in the heart of Old Delmar with beautiful grounds makes this new home location ideal. There is so much locally to take advantage of. The community itself has spacious apartments. There are activities for everyone. The staff has gone above and beyond to be accommodating, especially during Covid-19. We feel lucky that our loved one was safe and cared for! We would absolutely recommend the Atria Delmar. The Director Adriana Colonno will welcome you and make you feel like family!

My family has had a wonderful experience at Atria Delmar. It is not inexpensive, but the rooms, common areas, and amenities are clean and lovely. The staff is, generally, kind and helpful. The current leadership team, including Executive Director Adriana Colonno, is outstanding. They are always responsive to questions or requests. They take good care of my mom and during the Covid-19 pandemic, they have been diligent while also being understanding and compassionate. I would certainly recommend Atria Delmar Place.

A dear friend of mine is a resident of Atria Delmar Place, having relocated from NY City. While I am very pleased with the quality of the building and his apartment, the staff support of residents, and the medication program, the biggest compliments come directly from him. As he has told me, They take such great care of us all, even with COVID I feel safe and know everything that can be done is being done. As a home care provider in the area, we have had several clients who are residents at Atria Delmar - all of whom have nothing but great things to say about the community. The rooms, common areas, and other amenities are clean and comfortable. The food is consistently outstanding. Residents are friendly and engaging, especially to newcomers. There are always great activities and outings being planned. Lastly, the staff from the Executive Director to aides are compassionate, dedicated individuals. We have had nothing but great experiences working with the Atria Delmar team. I would highly recommend someone looking for a great community to give Atria Delmar strong consideration.

I have had many patients at Delmar Place over the years. As a primary care physician I am heavily dependent on good communication with the assisted living facility where my patients reside. Delmar Place has an exemplary track record in this regard. They really care and are always pleasant, document well, and get back to me quickly when needed. Their activities director, Kassi Neal, has a heart of gold and is very dedicated to bringing in entertainment and organizing social events for Atria Delmar Place.
