We're thankful every day for the staff and all that they do in keeping my grandmother comfortable, safe, and well looked after. Not to diminish anyone's role in this, as all employees deserve their own individual acknowledgements, but I would like to personally thank Fareeda for her fierce devotion to the residents. She's an advocate for them and their families and we appreciate all that she does.

I got accepted. Im not there yet. But the people were very nice on the phone. Alvina is helpful and very sweet. Sam was very professional and helpful. I cant wait to go.

I like the light coming through windows not only inside my aunts room but also at the hall around the common area. The staff at front desk is welcoming, polite, very nice. At the dinning room we were treated nicely and the food is good, healthy. I hope my aunt feels happy and full of energy by joining the activities they have daily. My aunt just arrived and therefore I cant give 5 stars. Im waiting to see how the day by day goes to give a follow up review.

It is a wonderful place!! The ambiance, the care. When you enter Castle Senior Living, you right away get the feel of a warm home!! With its constant upgrades, and nice decor, it is just a beautiful and pleasant place. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice Assisted Living in Forest Hills.

Cannot recommend this place enough! My great grandfather, Alfredo Iturralde, lived here for 11 years and his experience was nothing but positive. The place is clean, the staff if very warm and friendly. Our entire family was very happy to have him here. Were going to miss our Castle family! Thank you for everything!

Mr.Rajesh Mahabir-Community Relations Director assisted in my aunts registration and trial stay at Castle Senior Living. He was: 1.efficient 2.professional 3.followed up on all our concerns, issues 4.very accomodating in all aspects to insure her transition was seamless It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Mahabir and how how his leadership in his department clearly represents Castle Senior Livings mission and philosophy.I would recommend this facility in the future. Excellent Staff and Excellent Director. As farvas good, it is like dinning in a restaurant. It is obvious that the owner as well as the Director care about the needs of people. The Director Samuel Orzel is a gift from G-d! I can only mention a few people out of the wonderful staff hrre. Director Martine Eveilard, Melvina West, Fara Rahman, Fareeda Mohammad, Galina Sorrentino Ella Yakubova, Hernando Bravo, one of the most competent and hugely honest, highly moral person I have ever met and Castle would be in shambles without him, Rajesh Mahahbir, Marie Scotti, were it not for this highly intelligent , kind lady with an obvious high E.Q.(Emotional Quotient), I would not have come here to live out my remaining years fully aware that everyone here is in the last years of their lives, Lourdez Ortez, Cynthia Huggins, Jamila Grant, Lewis Livine, Nora Antonucci who along with Betty ?lastname make the dinning to be magnificent here, Marlene Talip who is always under pressure setting up medical appointmrnts and facilitates travel, Gloria Clementa, Medtechs Arlene, Brenda et. al and othrrs, Nurses Shirley and Jenny?spelling, both RNs named Charles and many many others having the patience and loving kindness of saints.
