I've had the unfortunate circumstance of a couple of family members recently needing (Several) stays at a few rehab facilities. While I cannot provide rave reviews for any, this facility is 'better' than Harris Hill. The care is a bit better, the facility is MUCH cleaner and the staff seems a bit more empathetic. Shout out to Teresa who provided me phenomenal service, really taking the time to talk through the needs of my aunt. The facility overall gets a 3.5 or so rating. Teresa is worthy of a 5-star rating.

My mother was recently in their acute rehab and I was THRILLED with the care she got from the staff and clinicians. They truly cared about my mother and made her stay the best it could be. We really loved April, one of her aides and Stephanie her PT. Amanda the social worker was also excellent and a very good communicator. My parents have been in other rehabs after a hospital stay and I really do believe the best care that is available is at Schofield. Thank you to everyone who helped my mother during this time.

I have been a resident at Schofield for 7 years.The staff and the care is wonderful. The activities are fantastic, fun and engaging. The food is delicious. Our administrator Olivia is so engaging, always available and really cares.

My husband was sent there from Buffalo General in early October for rehab. Unfortunately, the rehab didn't work for him because of his condition but I can't say enough how wonderful the staff is to him. He suffers from dementia and and he will be there long term. This is our first experience with a nursing home and a very positive experience. The staff on his wing is excellent, especially April, Abraham, and Linda. In fact everyone there is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everyone has a kind word to greet you with. The activities are so engaging for the patients. I am highly recommending Schofield.

When we sent my papa to Schofield we were all worried about leaving him and him not getting the care he needed. However, we were so much more than impressed! The staff was incredible not only with my papa but with our entire family.

My Aunt was in this facility and she received wonderful care. The staff was kind patient and friendly. She loved all the fun activities and events. The food was delicious. She was at two other facilities that were horrible before we found Schofield. Before people complain they should experience some or most of these other "for profit" facilities. We could not be happier with the care she received. Thank you -

My grandmother went to this facility and absolutely loved being there. It was a clean and well organized facility. They were helpful to her and always attended to her when she needed something. She had a lot of laughs with the administrator Olivia and she still talks about her to this day! Thank you for taking great care of my 93 year old grandmother!
