My father has spent a good amount of time here doing physical therapy. The staff are incredible. The only negative is they lost a bunch of his clothes and he’s a bigger man. It’s not easy to on the fly replace big and tall clothing, nor it is cheap!

The food is inedible. Some nurses are angels. The desk staff is a crap shoot on getting reasonable questions answered. 2nd floor smells of urine and soiled sheets.

I was there for about 7.5 months and I had a variety of health issues. In the beginning I wasn't a nice person to deal with. But it took me time and getting to know the lay of the land. The nurses and aides on the 2nd floor are great people to work with. I still keep in contact with some of the employees there. The rehab staff is the best I've ever dealt with. Pat,Russ,Lucas,Aaron,Ed,Faith,Casey,Cathy,Nate,Kapow. They all pushed me to go further with my exercises and NEVER GIVE UP on myself. I weighed 360 pounds when I arrived Feb 2025 and when I left Oct. 2025 I was under 300 pounds. Now I'm enrolled at Trilogy-rehab and I started a couple weeks ago and now I'm one on one with my trainer. Also I want to apologize to all the nurses and aides that took care of me while I was there! I am attempting to get the word out to the public about the rehab I went thru with the staff and also I want to apologize to the rehab staff for being not such a nice person in the beginning. The rehab staff including my original band members (Nate,Russ) for not giving up on me and pushing me M-F with all the exercises I was told to do. TO THE REHAB STAFF-KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOUR DOING. Also at anytime you need a surprise motivational speaker to speak to a resident or residents about what I went through to get better and I'LL BE MORE THEN HAPPY TO DO THE WORKOUT/WORKOUTS with the resident/residents i talked to! Once again a BIG THANK YOU TO THE STAFF WHO TOOK CARE OF ME while I was there. If you need to contact me you have my phone number already. If not some off the staff has my phone number which I gave to them. I WILL NEVER FORGET ABOUT THE WOMEN AND MEN WHO TOOK CARE OF ME WHILE I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were unbelievably helpful and prompt in handling the process of getting the required paperwork in order for me to take my family member out for a ride in the car to see what the weather was like and to see a few friends.

I normally don’t do the review thing but when you are sending a love one somewhere that your not familiar with and to have a staff make you feel like your family I want to thank Mr. Desmond so much for easing my mind. This is a Rehabilitation facility. Despite the fact that the staff is friendly. Client/patient are discharged without sufficient preparation. Example: Not informed of medicine they are still on or changed, not set up for transportation so dialysis, no social worker/case manager involvement. Not involving family member that will over see the senior citizen that was discharged or whether this patient that lives alone need an aide or house keeper for light house work.

My uncle got discharged on Friday, and we are grateful that he was able to complete his rehab stay with this facility. Although there are many bad reviews, I do not share the same sentiments as the others. From when he was welcomed in, up until he discharged everything went well. The staff was pleasant, and the administration team was hands on themselves and made sure he was always okay. My uncle even spent the Thanksgiving Holiday there, and the building was fully staffed despite it being a holiday. It seemed as if they took time to make a home like Thanksgiving meal for the residents, and I also witnessed staff being fed by the management team which was heart warming. My Uncle turns 83 tomorrow. He is the oldest living member of my family and I am grateful he is still here with us.
