Beautiful setting in an historic and stunning part of Brooklyn — amenities are amazing : pool, gym, spa, movie theater, wrap around roof deck. But care staff is what sets watermark apart. My mom has never been cared for at this level of kindness and respect. Also while there have been issues this admin team is wildly impressive. Here to make things right. I'm so happy mom is here. She's never been happier or healthier.

It is a great experience to have such a welcoming person at reception as Colleen she welcomes us by name with a smile. Not only that when something doesn't work correctly in Ben apartment she attends to it quickly even in the late evening. Three months ago we had the most wonderful 80 th birthday celebration for my husband Ben Carney tonight for 18 of our friends. Shannon organized the whole evening. Shannon was patient with all my indecisiveness in planning the event. Her upbeat and comforting personality made me have confidence in having the party at Watermark. The service and food thanks to chef, Max was excellent . Our friends are filmmakers, artists and academics. They were pleased and surprised of how beautiful Watermark is. They said they never visted an assisted living residence with the classic aesthetic design. We had cocktails at the penthouse overlooking the manhattan skyline and dinner in Gustavos. Ashley came in to help and wish Ben a happy Birthday and welcome our guests! My husband was so grateful for Shannon and the staff that made this possible. And of cause me!

The Watermark provides a wonderful range of activities and a real sense of community. In addition, the staff works to understand each resident as an individual and helps them to flourish in their strengths. The Watermark community and staff recognize and support Tim as an artist and even hosted a solo exhibition of his work in the art studio. I am so grateful to Kellie Liberto and many others for this and all the work they do.

My father enjoys living at The Watermark which is the least institutional place I've seen of its kind. He's enjoyed activities like Water Aerobics, Poetry Club and Physical therapy and of course he loves the well prepared meals and gorgeous rooftop. He does need his own companions as the hard working staff always seems to be stretched thin. Kellie is tremendous and does the work of several people. The Wellness Office has improved, but response time can be slow. It's a special community. Very kind staff and lovely residents.

Received a very nice impromptu tour while walking in the neighborhood with my dad. Benjamin showed us around this beautiful facility. I would recommend a visit to anyone who is considering this type of living arrangement. You will not be disappointed

Watermark is a beautiful building with a gorgeous interior and delightful staff especially, Shannon Lee who checked in on us and made us feel right at home. We had an amazing time, with all our friends to celebrate a family members birthday, it was such a lovely experience. Chief Macks provided delectable food! And he was hearty and sweet. Watermark provided such great service and amazing food. Wonderful space + amazing staff!!!!

Coordinator Shannon Lee and Executive Chef Macks exceeded our expectations with the quality of service and timeliness for the 80th celebration that I was lucky enough to attend. Wow, it looks soo nice, I can't believe I lived here 12 years ago, just turned 21 at the time, 6th floor facing the water. all my friends were jealous. I would spend most of my time on the roof or in the libraries. I knew every inch of this building. good memories. nice to see its in good care.

The staff at the Watermark are fabulous. The residents are very well served. For example, there are multiple opportunities to explore new horizons and to share lifelong experiences with a wide range of participants and external family members. I would give the Watermark an A Plus including interesting activities and a fabulous dedication to the residents and staff members.

I've toured the Watermark at Brooklyn Heights a couple of times and it's always such a wonderful experience. From the structure of the stylish units and endless amenities to the warm staff and residents, it's certainly luxury living at its finest. I would say that my favorite part of the tours is being able to experience the culture of their community — it's caring, inviting, and supportive!

Love the Watermark. The entire staff is absolutely top notch -- from the aides that help my mom to the front desk to the driver to the wellness folks to the resident relations and more... and I can finally rest easy knowing that my mom is in such terrific hands. Plus even though she is in assisted living, it feels like a high-amenity NYC apartment with incredible restaurants on site -- there is zero "institutional" or "group care" feeling to it. I love all the activities as well -- my mom is more active than she has been in years, because the entertainment director is fabulous and the residents are all incredibly welcoming. She's constantly asking me to come at different times because she is off to the theater, the Met, or the botanical gardens. Best of all, it's very welcoming of my kids so they're excited to go see Gramma (doesn't hurt that there is a pool!) Truly a one-of-a-kind place.

I am a professional in the senior care industry and I have visited and worked with many Assisted livings in the tri-state area. That being said, this new property of Watermark Communities is one of a kind!!! The building has so much history and combined with the new renovations, it is a place like no other. The location is also one that people dream of living in!! The views of Manhattan skyline are unbelievable. The staff at this community is across the board professional, caring and extremely knowledgeable of all care levels and needs that their clients have. I highly recommend this location if anyone is considering Assisted Living, Independent Living or Memory care for themselves or loved one.

This building is absolutely stunning, the roof deck has the best views anywhere in Brooklyn, and the associates are very friendly. The tour includes common spaces like a hair salon, gym, pool, art gallery, painting studio, greenhouse, bistro, coffee shop and cocktail bar.... all under one roof! They are extremely concerned with the health and well being of everyone that enters, so masks are mandatory and sanitizing stations are placed throughout. I fully intend to tell clients about this special place.

The staff at the community have been excellent as well as the food. The chef was Devine and dining room manager Lloyd provided an amazing experience. The membership director Michael and move in coordinator Kumar were very supportive. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The decor is understated and elegant. Highly recommended community.

I finally got to tour the Watermark yesterday and meet the staff. The decor is gorgeous and also warm and inviting. The location is incredible (as are the views!). But the key ingredient is the staff. I will absolutely recommend the Watermark to clients because I know the staff will take excellent care of them.

Amenities include 24 hour assistance, maid service, swim pool, 3 restaurants, movie theater, library, majong and poker rooms, bar, hair and nail salon, massage, theater for plays, lectures, and concerts Top of the roof deck (16th floor) has bar, food, comfy furniture, and splendid view of bridges, waterways, Manhattan and New Jersey. A bit pricey. Perfect as a Pied-a-Terre for senior citizens.

Recently toured The Watermark in Brooklyn Heights that has been beautifully renovated into a well-appointed senior living community. The gracious lobby and grand hallway to the main dining room brings this building back to its glory days. The amenities along with the rooftop terrace skyline views of Manhattan are wonderful. This is a community I can recommend to my clients.
