As a mother of an individual who has been a resident of the Garden of Eden Home since 2004. I am very involved with my son and have never had am experience like the others posted. I have continuouse communications with the facility owners as well as the administrator and case management team. My phone calls are always returned, in a timely fashion. The facility is extremely receptive to any and all issues that I have brought to their attention, and follow up with me so I am aware of all situations and resolutions. I am grateful for the quality of life the staff have given not only my son but to me. I am able to have a mother son relationship even now with my mobility issues affecting me to visit my son at the facility. They assist me in having my son visit me and even have sent me pictures of the fully renovated rooms and dinning rooms . I have advocated for my child his entire life and his father and I would never allow my son to live in a place that these other individuals claim this facility is. I know they are regulated by the department of health.

While searching the web I happened to come upon The Garden of Eden HFA which my sister has been a resident of since 2001. What is most concerning as a very involved family member is that the individuals that felt the need to post such negative reviews would actually allow their family members to livie in such a facility, that they claim this facility is. I will only describe my experience for 25 years of having my sister in this facility. I personally have the Administrator cell phone to address any issues my sister and or my family may have. I have the upmost respect for the staff that come to work every day to ensure the safety and well being of every resident that resides at this facility. I completely understand situations happen and when they do staff are receptive as well as reactive to ensure issues are addressed.
