I would have appreciated more personalized, interaction with the patient. Carrie Sneed was finally discharged after spending one (1) year in this Facility. Her After care was not set up before she left. Within the last three weeks she has not been able to straighten out her legs. This was not taken care of or even given any additional attention. Tell me , this is how you would want your 90 year old Mum or Auntie to be treated??!!!
