This is NOT an assisted living facility. This is Senior Housing! The seniors that live here for the most part have a home attendant. There is some food distribution but the social worker that is assigned there is never available. If your family member lives alone or has cognitive issues do not let them live here.

Very safe. And for that person who talked about the super attendant is a RUMOR spread that he stares at women. As someone who has worked here and visited my grandma who has lived here since the building the 70’s. Most of the times people have to knock on the door to find him. know that he has worked in Maria Isabel for almost 20 years now and there has been no issue. And has always been assistant tenants without any excuse.
