This is my new home..as of 4/14/2023 and my last... Tailored for Seniors.. Property manager is the nicest most understanding and has compassion .. I've also have met Superintendent as well he is also very kind too. Every one living here that I've met thus far has extended a hello and took time to introduce themselvtes.. It's kept emaculate, a very safe environment to live .. I give it 5 Star Thanks to the Owner that cares.. 12/22/2023 I have to say I'm very happy here. There is a new Property Manager who is very nice and is going the extra mile to help tenants . The Superintendent is also and goes above and beyond . My late husband and I did the same but on a smaller scale. Some tenants don't appreciate what they have here..not knowing this is one of the better Senior facilities in this area. But I'm extremely happy and don't expect immediate attention not unless it's an extreme emergency!!!!! I thank the corporation and wish them Happy Holidays. Foot note “ I have been in this area 42 years having owned a home in Southeast Brewster . I'm very saddened that the property manager has left as of 5/31/2024. But I do understand not only managing Stonecrest she is a real estate agent booming with business and a family that also needs her time. She also traveled a ways . She will be missed by all. We Wish her the Best. for She has done a lot to help tenants.... I've only been residing for a little over a year at Stonecrest.. We are now on a third property manager. I hope that she gets respect deserved for a few tenants want to over rule authority . I was well taught to respect your elders and all authority personnel.. Thus far Abeliz aka Abby is doing a wonderful job.. Thanks to Corporation for bringing her on board.. I will help in any way I can .to reiterate my late husband and I did it in Rye NY but on a smaller scale.. To repeat myself,persons in authority weather younger or older should be respected.. I pray she stays a long time being again to be repetitive. I'm only here 1yr 4mos and she's the 3rd manager .. Tha nk you 9/2/2024 To Whom it may concern, I believe that some of these tenants have gone stark raving mad..My privacy is being invaded due to people installing cameras “ of their own. We have a trouble maker here that's light fires ” under people to do unnecessary things. To reiterate I and my late husband owned the very first house in the Town of Southeast Brewster and I'm here 43 years and never heard of any problems that whatever these people are afraid of..this insanity needs to stop. Thank you for your kind attention regarding this matter. 10/3/2024 I would like to wish the Owners a Happy Rosh Hananah and I pray for peace in Israel and God bless us all ..

This is a lovely place for affordable 55+ housing. The apartments are spacious and bright with central air and laundry in each building. Grounds are well kept and buildings are well maintained and safe.

Next month I will have lived at Stonecrest for 12 years having moved here from Western NY. I never regretted that decision. I'm retired and wanted to be closer to family. I love my apartment, my neighbors have become good friends, and the area is centrally located to stores, banks, and restaurants. I can walk up Mt Ebo Road N and enjoy the beautiful views and sunsets. Our property manager is great, caring, and helpful, and sees that, for example, announcements and notes of interest are posted or sent out in robo calls. The property supervisor sees that the lawns, gardens, and buildings are carefully tended. Being able to rent the clubhouse for a birthday party in February was a highlight for my family. The selling of my house and move here was the best choice I ever made.
