The new management here have worked their magic! Fantastic team that really cares. The staff and management have been very courteous and helpful. My father is in this facility and they have worked so hard to accommodate his special needs. They really care about all the residents. All the staff work hard to take great care of the residents and show kindness, compassion, and respect. The intake and move in process was a dream. They work with you along the way and help make a daunting task bearable. Thank you Northbrook!

My mother lives here , and after new management has come into the facility. Not only my mother but all the residents seem happier . The facility is noticeably improved.
