Researched several assisted living facilities in the area with my husband and we both agreed that this was the best. The Rooms were large, airy . The food was well prepared and the service was Friendly and timely. They also have a wide variety of activities during the day.

Lovely facility, quality food, hard working aides and cleaning staff. Management, however, is a revolving door. Communication is very poor on all aspects. Be prepared to manage your loved one’s care daily. The peace of mind that you would expect when paying over $10000 per month is non existent.

Lovely facility but don’t be fooled. Management CONSTANTLY changing. No consistency. Wellness is horrible. Supervisor in wellness is useless and mean - to residents and family members. Do NOT put your loved one in this facility.

Last few weeks they had no phone service! Front desk & Executive Directors made excuses and didn't answer emails. Perhaps you should consider giving the residents a credit, since they pay $7,000 to $8,000, a month. Maintenance is useless and leaves early. Waitress and waiter's work hard , but underpaid

We moved my mother-in-law from assisted living in Florida to Reflections several months ago. Reflections provides all the services and care my mother in law requires. She loves having her hair and nails done - She enjoys the food (which she consistently complained about in Florida). She enjoys the activities and especially likes Kristina! Thank you for providing a warm and caring environment for Mom.

The Bristal Assisted Living at Armonk has exceptional services and employees! Under the leadership of Samantha Krieger we feel extremely relaxed, calm and satisfied that our Uncle is in a safe loving environment. He has been a resident for about 1.5 years and there are plenty of activities during the day and evening hours. My Uncle, who loves to eat is always raving about the quality of the food and the many choices on the menu! His room is daily maintained and laundry is done on premise. The most important aspect of The Bristal in my opinion is that all of the employees show compassion and really care for my Uncle. My wife and I thank Samantha and her staff for being so conscientious in taking care of him.

The Bristol went above and beyond for my beloved mother. Our family became their family. They actually got to know my moms likes and dislikes and I am so pleased she got to enjoy her final years in a safe and warm environment. They encourage family participation, so I always felt so welcomed there and I was happy to get to know some of staff as well, really great people.

My family and I have only great things to say about The Bristal in Armonk. My elderly mom was a resident there until her recent peaceful passing. The staff are wonderful throughout... concierge, housekeeping, restaurant staff, activities, etc. A special commendation to the staff in Wellness... who professionally handled my mom's medical needs, from the mundane to the extremely complex once she was ill. The senior administration leaders and executive director are top-notch... hands on and always seeming to be filled in about the residents, and always immediately and appropriately responsive. We have had other elderly parents residing at other facilities.... and I feel confident in stating that The Bristal Armonk is far superior in all aspects.

I have only wonderful things to say about The Bristal in Armonk. My elderly mom was a resident there until her recent peaceful passing. Amazing staff throughout. One thing that stands out at The Bristal compared to other senior facilities we've used for our parents, is the excellent medical care provided by the Wellness department. Having an on-site nurse all the time was just so reassuring; it also came in handy at times when mom became ill. Senior leadership are available and helpful, and stay on top of all activities, meals, cleanliness, etc. Highly recommended!

We moved my mom to The Bristal in Armonk a year ago. She really didnt want to leave her home and friends of the past 30 years. Much to her surprise, as well as ours, she enjoyed being at The Bristal from day one. She meet some amazing new friends, found the staff to be attentive and caring. She really enjoyed the food and the ambience. The special events and activities , especially around holidays made The Bristal feel like home.
