I researched several senior living options for my mom and settled on Atria at Woodlands for a few reasons. Firstly, the environment was calming and close to where my mom lived. Secondly, the size was just right, not too big or too small. Thirldly, we had a chance to try a meal, whoch was portioned and seasoned just right for seniors. Lastly, the staff is very welcoming as I had a chance to work with one of the Directors Jan Unger, who showed empathy and care for our situation. He always showed support and was very responsive as we were preparing my mom for the transition. I feel secure in entrusting my .mom's care at Atria at Woodlands.

I'm writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding guidance I received during the process of my dad's entry into the Atria Senior Living Residence. Jan Unger, the Community Director of Sales at Atria Woodlands, was kind, professional and his attention to details was truly remarkable. He made a difficult time easier to navigate and was readily available during after work hours! My family and I are deeply grateful! Thank you, Jan!

We moved our mother into the Atria in April. We are extremely impressed with the level of care shown by the staff, the range of activities offered, the quality of the facilities and food. Jan Unger in particular has been extremely helpful and supportive throughout the move and adjustment process.

Atria Woodlands took wonderful care of my parents during their time in independent living. The staff was warm, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond. Although my mother’s needs eventually exceeded what they could provide, their dedication never wavered. Special thanks to Jan Unger, Michele at the front desk, Nurse Kim, and Tanya, whose support made a real difference during a challenging time. I’m truly grateful for the compassion they showed and highly recommend Atria Woodlands.

Recently our parents moved into the Atria Woodlands. Their experience so far has been nothing more than amazing! The people are extremely nice. The food, activities and entertainment have been wonderful. This senior setting has definitely given my parents a social life and purpose to get moving each day which makes my sister and I so happy. Jan Unger, the Sales Director here has been fabulous too!! He had guided us through the process and continues to be available to answer any questions that arise. He made this transition extremely easy!!

I live at The Atria Woodlands Assisted Living Facility in Ardsley NY and have been here several years. I can’t say enough good things about it. I did an extensive search, with my family, of the places like this in the Westchester area, and am happy with the decision. I am younger than most people here, in my mid “ 70s, with needs of my own. Older people are well taken care of, but as for me, I really like to MOVE. I’m delighted to enjoy exercise like WII Bowling, and some balance bars that feel like I’m dancing. I thank God every day for a place like this and hope that other people will be happy in their own search for a new home.

In my search for the right facility, I visited the Atria Woodlands in Ardsley, New York. As impressed as I was with the entire facility, Jan Unger is the most impressive asset you have there. He was warm and welcoming to me, and clearly connected with every single resident we encountered as we walk down the hallways. He has followed up with me, both with phone calls and emails, but never to the extent that it was annoying. Unlike personnel at some other facilities I have visited, he has never over-stepped in his follow up calls. When the time is right, I do hope to move to the Atria Woodlands. When I do, I sincerely hope Jan Unger is there to welcome me.

If you are reading this you are probably going through what I have in the last few years. Being a member of the sandwich generation is scary and stressful. Suddenly, we are the caretakers for our children AND our parents. I started looking for independent living facilities over a year ago when I realized my mom needed more support. I looked at many places, but Atria woodlands is the one that I consistently came back to. The instant warmth I felt there from the staff to the residents was profound. I first visited Atria Woodlands and met Jan Unger, the Sales Director, almost a year before we decided to move my mom in. During that time, Jan kept in touch with me and he was consistently patient and respectful. He truly understood that this was a huge decision for our family. I never once felt pressure from him. When we decided to move ahead, Jan walked me through everything and worked with us closely. And the day she moved in, he was there to support us and even brought us hangers! Fast forward to present day - my mom has been there for about 6 weeks and she is slowly adjusting. She was NOT happy about going there initially, but I’m hearing I should be in Florida less and less. The feedback from her is always positive - the food is good, she enjoys the activities and goes to the movies every night. She is literally busy all day. The other day when I called her she said I can’t talk, I’m at happy hour! Most importantly, she is safe and I don’t have to worry about her not eating well, etc. I visit often and I’m getting to know the staff and residents. It’s always nice to be there!

If you are navigating the transition to senior living, Jan Unger is the professional you want by your side. Jan is an experienced, thorough, and comprehensive leader who truly understands the delicate needs of seniors and their families. What sets Jan apart is his incredible dedication; he offered flexible scheduling and was consistently available to speak well beyond standard business hours to ensure our family felt supported. Despite the complexities of the process, Jan remained extremely calm and personable, providing a steadying presence when we needed it most. Jan doesn't just manage sales; he provides compassionate, expert guidance. I cannot recommend him highly enough for his professionalism and genuine heart. JC

After my elderly parents were in a car accident, my brother and I had to move them very quickly. My mother and father lived in a condo in Brewster, and after the accident, they could not drive anymore. Since my brother and I live in Westchester, we searched for a perfect place. I called The Atria at Woodlands and spoke to Jan, who was incredibly helpful over the phone, providing much needed information about the Atria. The very next day, Jan met with my brother and me, showed us apartments, the entire facility, and explained everything we needed to know. With Jan’s help in the process, we decided to move my parents to Atria Woodlands. In addition, Jan provided us with recommendations to make the move easier. Atria has everything my parents need and the location is great! My parents are currently in independent living and doing very well!!

I’ve helped move several clients into Atria Woodlands, and every experience has been positive. The residents and their families always seem genuinely satisfied with their choice, and it’s easy to see why. The community is unique in that it offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care all in one place, giving families flexibility and peace of mind as needs change. From my perspective as a mover, the staff has consistently been friendly, kind, and incredibly meticulous. They’re seasoned professionals who know the industry well, and it shows in the way they prepare, communicate, and support new residents during the transition. The property itself is beautiful”set on a hilltop with impressive views that create a peaceful, welcoming environment. Overall, Atria Woodlands stands out as a well-run, caring community, and it’s always a pleasure to help new residents move in.

The decision to move to Atria Woodlands has proved to be absolutely the right choice. Jan Unger, the Director of Sales, could not have been more informative, responsive and personable. His assistance facilitated the move incredibly. Mom is in the memory unit, where she is continually engaged in activities. The staff are caring and attentive. Debbie, the Director, responds almost immediately to any concerns my sister and I raise. Dad is right across the parking lot in an independent apartment. There are a myriad of activities for dad and he is able to see mom every day.

I was visiting my family in New York recently. My brother and I are starting the search for a senior living facility for our mother. We were extremely impressed with Atria Woodlands. Jan Unger is a true professional. He was sensitive to our situation and explained in great detail what to expect if our mother lived in this community. Jan went the extra mile and put together a five-year financial breakdown to help us map out the future. We toured several other places and did not receive this level of treatment. Thank you, Jan for your dedication, expertise, and care in helping us to begin to navigate this next step for our family.

It was difficult convincing my mother that it was time to leave her home because she needed more support. Little did we know that the level of support was greater than we anticipated so we were grateful that after a few months, we were able to transition my mother from Independent Living to Assisted Living. Throughout the past three years, the nursing staff has been caring, compassionate and helped us navigate unanticipated health challenges that come with aging. Violet has been our rock star and has been a consistent and comforting presence for my mother. Kimberly and more recently Teresa (both very accessible) have provided much needed guidance and expertise. Atria Woodlands is expensive, as are the other quality facilities in our area, but it gave my family peace of mind knowing that our mother was well cared for and safe.

I have a cousin who has been a resident of Independent Living for almost 2 years. She is in her mid 80’s and moved from a house and felt it was time to enter into a senior community. From the first time our meeting with Jan Unger, Sales Director, everything went very well. I must admit he was very personable and knowledgeable. He gave us a tour, answered our questions and did not pressure us for a commitment. After we digested the area and the amenities she decided this would be her new home. Even to this day Jan has been very helpful and makes everyone feel good. Karen Y.

My mother has been a resident at Atria Woodlands for one year. She resides in Independent Living. My mother and I toured many senior communities. Ultimately, my mother chose Atria Woodlands, which has worked out well for her. The staff is very attentive, especially Maria at the concierge desk and Judy with her infectious enthusiasm. Jan Unger was key to us choosing Atria as my mother’s new home. He answered all of our questions in detail and helped us to understand how Atria functions for its residents. He was very kind and attentive to us during our visits, all four of them. Jan continues to be a friendly, helpful resource and reassuring presence at Atria. It is truly a wonderful place. My Aunt is now a full-time resident of Atria Woodlands. She had previously been there for a physical therapy stint a couple of years ago and when she recently needed additional PT there was no question where she would go. During this latest visit she realized how much she enjoyed the company of other residents and staff, the activities and of course the dining room. She realized just how much Atria added to and enhanced her quality of life. Even so it is a difficult decision to move from a home you have spent almost your entire adult life in. This decision was made considerably more comfortable with the help of the Atria staff. In particular Jan Unger was, and continues to be, a great resource for information and guidance. He listened patiently and carefully to all our concerns and questions and then answered them fully. He made the "onboarding" process a breeze handling every detail in a professional manner but in a way and tone that made us feel like he was part of the family. And in what I can only describe as him "making his rounds" he seems to be everywhere all at once addressing any number of issues with a grace and respect shown to residents and staff alike. My Aunt is a woman of discriminating tastes and expectations, and she could not be more thrilled with her new home at Atria Woodlands. And the rest of the family shares her excitement with this new chapter. We all visit often and are always welcomed with a genuine happiness. It is a great comfort knowing she is in good hands with Jan and all the wonderful staff watching out for her.

After looking at a few different independent facilities, my family decided on the Atria Woodlands. It was a great decision. Everyone (management, Jan Unger, staff, kitchen, cleaning, maintenance and activity workers included) shows care, comfort and kindness to my mom. Mom is very happy at the Atria Woodlands. The food is good and her only complaint is They give me too much! The staff here is great and they really seem to care about the residents. The community seems to be well managed and is always clean. The activities are engaging! There are so many for the residents to choose from. I am so grateful to all for the care my mom is receiving. Our family and Mom highly recommend the Atria Woodlands.

Below you will see a review I wrote about 2 1/2 years ago. I want to affirm what I wrote back then. It's coming on 3 years and my mother in-law has a terrific quality of life. Just had her 98th birthday party at Atria and she's going strong. I attribute her happiness very much to the staff at Atria. I want to specially mention Jan Unger who's become more a friend to her and our family. Thanks to all. My active and fully engaged 95 year old mother in law moved to Atria Woodlands assisted living two months ago. She felt right at home with the staff, living arrangements, activities and overall quality of life. Our family couldn't be happier that we chose Atria Woodlands

Making new friends in a new environment We’ve been living in the Atria Woodlands v in Ardsley New York for two months. Having downsized from a four bedroom condo to a two bedroom apartment took a little adjusting, But our friends and the Atria staff made moving in a worthwhile experience. Kudos to the entire staff: maintenance , House keeping food servers and front desk. All there to help the residences. I especially want to single out Jan Unger from the Sales office who helped guide us through the process of moving in. Jan was very honest in explaining the move in process. All in all I believe my wife and I made the right move in picking the Woodlands for our next adventure.

I have been a resident of Atria Woodlands Independent Living for a year and a half. My apartment is sufficiently sized for me to accommodate everything I need to make it homey and comfortable. We are offered 3 meals a day and both the food and staff are great. The members of the Engage Life staff do all they can to see that we have activities to exercise our bodies and our brains. When I first visited here, I was escorted on a tour by the salesman, Jan Unger, who gave a broad overview of what it's like to live here. He continues to be concerned about our welfare and steps up to help the residents when he is needed.

It was a big decision to move our parents to an Independent living facility. Jan Unger was very welcoming, professional, and helpful with the onboarding process, as was Beth Blake. What struck me from day one was how happy the residents looked. The place was cheery and bustling with friendly staff. Jan seemed to know everyone (staff and residents). He mentioned that many of the staff have been there for many years, which I thought was a good sign. It was clear they take great care of their residents. It’s been almost two months since my parents moved in and I can honestly say it just keeps getting better. From my perspective, their lives became much more fulfilling. They now go to the dining hall three times a day, they partake in daily activities, and are constantly meeting new residents. From their perspective, they feel well taken care of and enjoy seeing so many people every day. They seem happy!

My mom moved into the Atria in February, but the Atria magic started before she moved in. Jan Unger met with my husband and me several times to answer all of my mother's questions (she was living out of town, and she had a LIST!). Jan was very patient and funny and made my mom comfortable right from the get go. On her first day, she decided not to go out to dinner with us and her grandchildren because they were having shrimp scampi for dinner. She loves the Atria and the staff. She is participating in everything and she especially loves the live entertainment and book discussion groups. She has made friends and -a bonus- physical therapy is on site. Thank you Jan and the team for making my mom so happy and comfortable!

Moving a loved one into assisted living or memory care can be a challenge for any family. During the last few months, we used A Place for Mom and looked at many facilities in the area, and it was really overwhelming. Many places were confusing and expensive, and different people told us conflicting information. From the start, the staff at Atria Woodlands were informative, compassionate, friendly, and professional. During the transition, Community Sales Director Jan Unger answered all of our questions, and Assistant Executive Director Beth, Memory Care Director Debbie, and Resident Relations Director Davita helped make everyone feel comfortable and safe. They just moved in, and so far, all of the Memory Care staff - from leadership to the concierge staff have helped our loved one get adjusted, pay attention to their needs, and get them involved in activities. I encourage all family members to be proactive and participate, and not to stay away, as some people might recommend. Our doctor said we know our family members best - I know that being around them makes our loved one feel safe as they get used to being in new routines and surroundings. I've met other family members who have said the same things. We share breakfast and lunch together, welcome visitors, and even participate in the activities whenever we can. So far, we've met many residents in both the independent and assisted living, and have been welcomed by all. Atria Woodlands and their staff have been a blessing in giving our loved one the care they need in a friendly, clean, and safe atmosphere. Recommendations: The food is good - but there should be more of a focus on offering Brain and MIND diets - especially for aging and Memory Care populations. More berries, whole grains, incorporate fibers (like flax seed), and much more green and leafy vegetables at every meal. Also, there should be more staff provided for Assisted Living and Memory Care daily activities. The staff are amazing and attentive - but Atria needs more live bodies, and adding more staff would be better to engage residents in conversation and activities to improve the quality of life as they offer on the Independent Living side of campus. Atria needs to provide more staff who can focus their full attention on brain and memory activities and not just group activities in front of the TV.

There are a lot of activities, and the concierge is a nice touch. Jan Unger, the community sales director, made a particularly strong impression on me during this transition. From day one, Jan guided me through the process of moving mom in, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless. Moving to a new place where everyone seems settled in their routines can be intimidating, but Jan made mom feel welcome from the start. He’s everyone’s first friend at Atria. I was especially impressed by his ability to remember everyone’s names and stories, including their pets!

Moving my mom to assisted living has been one of the hardest and most emotional transitions that I've ever had to go through - but Atria Woodlands and all of the staff have made that process so much smoother. The minute I walked in to Atria, I knew it was the place for us, and I did not want my mom going anywhere else. Atria is incredibly clean, well staffed and the food is wonderful. Jan Unger the sales director is also one of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable moving my mom into assisted living. He is extremely kind and understanding, and was available for my questions or concerns any day of the week. Not only was he helpful during the moving process, but now that my mom has been there for about a month he continues to text me with updates on her progress. One of my favorite things about Atria is the size - they have a smaller number of residents on the property and it really makes you feel like they care about every single person that lives there, and know them personally. You are not just a number at Atria, and are given extremely personalized care. Highly highly recommend!!

Finding a retirement community that makes both a parent and family feel like they choose the right place is very hard both emotionally as well as financially. We had looked at EVERY OPTION in Westchester with a particularly "fussy/demanding" senior. We finally settled on Atria Woodlands in Ardsley after actually moving into Brightview where my father actually fell in the shower the second night and it took 40 minutes to get someone to show up. We promptly moved him OUT of Brightview and INTO Atria. Jan, our contact, was ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. He was very understanding, accommodating and patient. His obvious experience and willingness to accommodate us gave us a very high level of comfort. We signed right there! Our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS Atria Woodlands in Ardsley. My "fussy/demanding" father is very happy and comfortable. Thank you Jan!

My mom moved into Atria Woodlands 6 months ago and the overall experience has been very positive. Jan Unger facilitated my Mother’s move in, and Jan helped make sure my mom’s room was set up and ready for move in. The entire wing is always being cleaned and all the staff work hard. Debbie runs the memory care wing and she knows all the residents and is a calming presence. The staff have all been very caring and patient -and they really get to know everyone’s individual routines. I do wish there was a way to easily communicate/ see my mom remotely. I live close by so I visit often. The locking doors still get me- but I know my mom is safe and well cared for at Atria Woidlands.

My parents moved here this past summer. Although always an adjustment, the entire staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful during this transition. Atria Woodlands has been a wonderful place for my mother, who moved there this past summer. I have found every staff member to be kind and supportive, from those who serve the food and help clean her apartment, to those who run the activities and greet us at the front desk. They all make my mom feel welcome and a part of the entire community. Jan Unger, sales manager, has always been a consummate professional as well as incredibly kind to our family, as we made this difficult transition. He is eager to help, answer questions and resolve any issues that arise. It's been a more positive experience than I could have imagined!

Atria Woodlands has been very helpful to us during an emotional period. My mother moved here two months ago and had a difficult transition. The Atria staff have all been friendly, patient and supportive as she acclimates to her new home. Jan Unger, the Sales Director, cares about each new resident and continues to check in to ensure my mother has what she needs. The residence and grounds are clean and well maintained and the meals and desserts are quite tasty which is a happy plus!

When I started my search for the perfect community my mom would feel at home in, I honestly didn’t know where to start or even what questions to ask. As with most big family/life changes, the layers of emotions made decision making feel hard and I ended up picking the absolute wrong place for my mom to move into at first. I got swept up in superficial things - and after only a month, it became very clear my mom needed to move again. But things happen for a reason, it was with that first experience, we were now armed with knowing what to look for and what to ask. That’s where Atria Woodlands comes in beginning with Jan Unger, the sales manager there is wonderful. Jan took the time, several times in fact to answer questions and provide so much knowledgable and thoughtful insight into the community. He truly goes out of his way and helped my mom have a smooth move in. During the settling in period, we got to meet the rest of staff and discovered that the entire team is outstanding. Everyone has been warm and welcoming, from the front desk to the friendly servers (serving delicious food btw), to the great housekeeping team- everyone has been great and has made my mom (and her little dog) feel at home. We are so happy to be part of the Atria Woodlands community.

Two months ago, I moved our father with dementia to Atria Woodlands -Life Guidance (memory care). Debbie Maraj-Somar gave me a reassuring hug and said, "He's going to be fine." He’s been better than fine! He is smiling, interacting with others and is healthier. I credit Debbie and her staff for creating a caring and calm environment, with teamwork and quick response time for resident needs. Debbie's professional attitude embraces energy, joy, and respect for the residents. I am grateful and can recommend Atria.

The Atria at Woodlands was a wonderful chapter in my mother's life. Moving up from S.C., my mom was naturally nervous about this new change, however our first meeting with Jan put her mind at ease and fortified our decision to rent in the Independent Living housing. The Atria at Woodlands is truly a wonderful community. The properties are always well-manicured, and the buildings and dining rooms are clean and accommodating. The most important aspect of the Atria at Woodlands to my family is how great the staff is with our loved ones living there. The staff has always been courteous, helpful, and understanding and would often go out of their way to help. Another big thanks to Jan Unger for always being available to my mother from our first day to even this morning.. Great job Atria!! E Olson (resident's son)

My mother moved into Atria Woodlands two months ago and the staff have been so helpful and kind, supporting her through what is/was an understandably difficult transition (my dad passed away just eight months earlier). My sisters and I are especially appreciative of Jan Unger and Maria at the front desk, who have been so great -- very positive, friendly, patient, and solution-oriented. My mom says the other residents are very friendly and welcoming; she appreciates how nice and down-to-earth everyone she met is.

my sister has dementia and we spoke with the Atria group at Woodlands and placed here there. During the time she was at Atria our experience with the staff that supported her was excellent, particularly so with senior management under Jay Ungar, who monitored her stay for the 10 months there. Unfortunately, she developed mobility problems that Atria could not address and we were forced to mover her to another facility. Barring that, she would still be at Atria. Atria Woodlands - I can't speak for any other Atria facility, is an excellent facility and I would recommend it highly. Michael Zinman

HORRIBLE PLACE! The woman assigned to us was Kelly and when I tell you she had the WORST ATTITUDE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM A PROFESSIONAL CAREGIVER! Absolutely no bed side manner, irritable whenever you asked her to change something, was saying things under her breath as if I couldn't hear them. Genuinely wanted to report her to corporate, still may. The only reason I gave it a star was because the activities director was so sweet and attentive. Other than that, I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The Woodlands Staff truly is compassionate at every level. The Independent Living Community presents like a resort with Daily Activities that are on par with a Cruise Ship. The apartments are well planned out , complemented by a very safe Senior Friendly bathroom design. The Restaurant Staff loves what they do and it shows, the Chefs are terrific. Special shout out to Jan who was our Sales Liaison. Clean and approachable. This location is expensive but it is located in a very nice safe place. My mom is a resident. Highly recommended if you have the misfortune of needing a facility. When it was time to move our aunt out of the home she lived in for 88+ years she told us she wanted to move to the Atria in Ardsley. She had friends there and if she had to move that's the only place she would consider. So May 2021 we moved her in to independent living. As her dementia started to progress the staff kept a close eye on her and updated us when they saw a concern, as we live 5 hours away. Maria was always very hepful. We couldn't have asked for more. This June after a hospital stay and rehab it was time to move her closer to family. We are also grateful for the assistane we received from Sahmieka and her staff. There is great comfort in knowing a family member is taken care of when you are so far away. Thank you.

Feb 13, 2023 Nelson & Lisa Zayas 23 N Main St. Pine Plains, NY 12567 To Whom It May Concern, I wanted to take this moment to express my deepest appreciation to Jan Unger and the staff of Atria Woodlands. Our family has been looking for a place for my in-laws Iris Silva and Sergio Vasquez for about a month. This journey has led us to some very depressing scenarios which included separating them. It had become a very daunting task as their issues and needs were quite diverse. My mother-in-law, Iris, wanted to retain her independent status and enjoy her life cooking and entertaining. My father-in-law, Sergio, on the other hand was experiencing the onset of dementia and was unable to care for himself. This was a situation that I was sure could not be unique to our family, however, in the places we were looking prior to our visit there seemed to be no easy answer. We were very pleasantly surprised when Jan greeted us with a warmth and understanding that we had not seen in other facilities. He listened, he was attentive and generous with his time while we asked all our questions. I felt that he understood, and we felt comfortable. We were able to see three rooms and when we saw the last one, we knew we had found the best one for them. Room 1333 with its beautiful view and a patio included a gate leading to the gazebo was just what we needed for Sergio. A place for him to sit and watch the birds under the careful eye of his devoted wife. This was an answer to our prayers and Jan was again helpful in explaining what needed to be done next. At no time did I feel pressured or confused or worried about our decision. Instead, we put a deposit down immediately and I felt tears of joy knowing we had finally found a new home. A home that we want to visit them at. A home that we are looking to spend Thanksgiving at. A home. Thank you

I can't say enough good things about Atria Woodlands. We had to somewhat abruptly move my reluctant parents to an independent living community after a variety of issues made it difficult for them to manage on their own in their house. Rob Tennant and his team helped us to quickly navigate the move and helped to transition their two bedroom apartment into a comfortable, welcoming home for them. More importantly, once they arrived my parents were delightfully surprised at the accommodations and services. The food is amazing and Chef B, her assistant chef and all of the servers have made my parents feel right at home in the beautiful dining room and they accommodate them in every way possible. The events and services are also top notch with programs that are well thought out and instructors/speakers who are truly engaging. Rob, the Executive Director, who we learned had only recently joined, has made a significant impact and has created an environment where my parents are happy, safe and well cared for with a staff who is hands on, welcoming and accommodating. We couldn't be happier and look forward to seeing how Atria Woodlands continues to transform for the better under Rob's guidance and expertise.

My parents moved to Atria Woodlands together in June 2019. In the 3 years they lived there together until my father passed away 4 months ago the facility went through 3 changes of directors, and it was not difficult to figure out why. Just prior to my father's passing Rob Tennant took over as director. Rob is a big part of why my family and my mother ultimately decided to stay at Atria. Simply, HE GETS IT. Emails are returned promptly. Concerns are addressed thoughtfully. There are more gatherings for family members and communication lines are open. Rob helped to make a very sad and stressful transition for my mother as smooth and easy as possible. Give that man a raise!!

Mom's been here for almost 8 months, and it seems like it's one problem after another. Since COVID restrictions have lifted, there are a lot of new residents, and it seems she has gone by the wayside. I've been VERY involved in her care and with communicating with the staff, but new problems always seem to arise. There's also been a lot of staff turnover, and it seems that nothing carries over from former to current staff.
