My father lived here for years, elevator breaks randomly and the elderly have to use the stairs, black mold under his kitchen sink was covered with plywood. They constantly have bed bugs in the building, 3 times in a year my father had to be moved while they treated. When he died I went to empty his place out, he had no windows in the entire apt that would open, they all had big holes between the glass and frame that maintenance covered with duct tape. When I visited a year prior I was told that would be fixed, clearly it wasn't fixed. He had to keep his heat on high to keep it warm in the winter. No way to get out of the windows in a emergency, floor boards ripped up in the dinning room and kitchen, a smoke detector going off nobody fixed, maintenance came by and said he had been waiting to be paid to fix some of the issues, and they only have 1 guy to fix things. My father went months with that beeping smoke alarm, every time I talked to him he said they were coming to fix it. The windows I was told was fixed a year prior to his death, they weren't. Unless you plan on being with your parents or loved on daily don't move them here, you will need to be on these people daily to ensure your person is safe
