I realize people are busy, but when you leave several messages and NO ONE returns your calls! Unprofessional I think.

We recently visited the Promenade at University Place in pursuit of a home for our elderly loved one. Rebecca Linscott, Admissions Coordinator for the facility, was our tour guide. She was friendly, informative and most importantly empathetic regarding our situation. She went above and beyond to help us understand and identify our our loved ones specific needs. She offered skilled guidance towards what would best help our situation. We are so grateful for her knowledge, care and compassion. We give her 5 out of 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My mom has been a resident for 3yrs at the Promenade at University Place. We all know that these are difficult times in the healthcare environment and that facilities like this struggle with staffing. In the toughest of times I can honestly say that the staff has always be attentive, patient and respectful to my mother and myself. As a Medicaid facility which are very cost conscious the level of care exceeded expectations. I thank them for the care & support they provide to her.

Toured the Promenade at Blue Hill. I like that it is a small community and the residents receive individualized attention. We met with Joe, Theresa and Amanda, all of whom seem to be caring, experienced people with the best interests of the residents at heart. In searching for care for a loved one, you need professionals who will be your partner in this daunting journey....this facility ranks high on our list because of that apparent partnership.

My mother just became a resident of Promenade at University Place , and my family couldn’t be happier. Ms. Odette Facey the Admissions Director is professional, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us navigate the process. Ms. Facey expressed true care and concern for my mother and we are grateful for her assistance. I highly recommend the Promenade and am so happy to have my mother in such a good place with great staff.

This place is wonderful if you’re looking for a place for your loved one! Up to date and has much class and style! The staff is great!! My first encounter was with the Director Odette Facey. She has the best customer service skills! Very pleasant woman that goes/ went above and beyond to help me. Not one time did I receive any type of attitude from her. I called her so many times and she was as nice as the first time I called. She took me through the steps of what I needed, answered my million and one questions. I could hang up and call her right back again just as nice when I hung up. Odette is a caring person and is willing to help with anything you need PLUS give information you need that you didn’t know. I know Odette is a valuable employee at the Promenade. If they every lose her they have really lost a true gem!

Took my mom out after 3 weeks! The facility is filthy!!! They charged us 11k for “enhanced” care that she never received, facility is clearly about the money…avoid this facility!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I used to work here, and would never work here again or send a family member here. All care staff have an attitude problem, and caring for individuals is treated like a chore. Maintenance was supposed to have a room ready for a new resident moving in and they failed to properly set up the room and the blinds fell on the new residents face. I was only a receptionist and received attitude from staff when asking over the radio for them to do anything. The nail in the coffin was when a resident had edibles mailed to them in a package. The resident offered me one (they just looked like chocolate) I ate one and I’m a year in recovery. I caught a whiff of the bag and it was too late. I told the nurse who notified my manager. She called the family member that sent them to the resident who denied profusely that they were infused chocolates. I let her know I looked up the website for these chocolates and that they were all marijuana infused products. I was told that they were not despite being able to smell the bag and tell. My boss proceeded to gaslight me after telling her I feel funny. She had absolutely no sympathy for how this effected me or my recovery. I quit that night. This place should be shut down.

The staff here is awesome!! My aunt loves it here, and always brags about how good the food is. She loves her apartment suite and the activities. They have been great about telling us how and what she is doing, and encouraging , reminding her about activities. Wouldnt want her anywhere else.

The Promenade at University Place is great. My Mom has been a resident here since December. The Administrative staff has gone above and beyond to get to know Mom and to help her get settled in her new home. Every staff member is friendly, attentive and compassionate. The meals prepared by talented Chefs are delicious. The building and individual rooms are beautiful. Mom is happy and feels safe in her new home.

Promenade University was the saving grace for our Dad a year ago. The Care Staff took the effort to become familiar with him and all his particular care requirements. From someone, who didnt leave his room at another local Assisted Living to participating in all the activities indicates to us that he is flourishing here.

This facility was a god send for my sister-in-law. She was living alone and as a result was becoming withdrawn. Since moving to the Promenade in May, she has blossomed socially, takes part in all the activities and has made many new friends. She is like a new person. We have found all the staff there to be caring and supportive of her. We cant thank them enough for her new lease on life!

I cant thank you enough for the way you are protected the residents thru this crazy time. I know its hard on them and everyone who works and lives there but I also know that our mom is safe and well. Thank you. We so appreciate your attention to all the details that keep mom safe and well! We Hope we can see you all soon and thank you in person!

We moved my Aunt there in February of this year, and I cant think of a better place for her to be. The staff is amazing from the entire staff is amazing. Tony the Director is hands on and knows every resident by name he spends quality time not only ensuring that they have what they need but also works diligently to build a relationship with them and their families. My Aunt truly enjoys living here, she has a support system beyond our family and we so appreciate it. Gina, Janay, Olga, the Nurses and the cooks of course (lol) she speaks very highly of them all. She enjoys daily planned activities that include exercise and fun of all types. I would recommend the Promenade to any family that needs some assist in caring for their Elder family members. You would not have to worry about them here. Thank You for allowing us to see her be vibrate and social and not have to worry about her well being.

I met with Joe Soldano for a tour of this beautiful facility last week and was impressed by the knowledgeable staff and clean environment. This will definitely be at the top of my list when referring my senior clients to an assisted living facility in Rockland County.

From my first contact with Marion to our scheduled tour with Sadije I cannot say enough good things about the Promenade at Tuxedo Place. While both were instrumental in providing me with support and information throughout the application and placement process what struck me most was the warmth, openness, compassion and sense of community Marion and Sadije imparted. As if welcoming a new family member to their home all the staff helped my father transition from a stressful life altering move to a caring, friendly and nurturing environment that he now calls home. My father has only been there one month but he has thrived and enjoys each day with endless activities and the encouragement and support of all the staff. The facility itself reminds one of a cross between a B&B and a warm inviting Inn that is well maintained with nicely appointed rooms and common areas and a cozy feel. Making this decision for and with a parent can be exhausting, confusing, emotional and time consuming. Thank you Sadije and Marion for being my lifeline throughout it all! I highly recommend the Promenade at Tuxedo Place!
