My 95 year old Mom was in Rosewood Rehabilitation for rehab after pelvis fractures. The facility is clean and the staff was attentive. Their medical Doctor is very good and we transferred her care to him after discharge. The PT and OT staff were excellent and worked hard to get her motivated and participating in rehab. I would select this facility again if care is needed.

My Dad was in Rosewood rehab for a year. He came in with an awful infection and was soiling himself. I was not sure if he would make it. The kind nurses there healed his infection, cleaned him up and fed him good food. He loved it. He was happy and that's what mattered to me. I also loved the nurses and Bobby the social worker that always helped me with any questions. Even Darcy at the front desk was always helpful to me. I can't recommend them enough to take care of your loved one. My Dad's name was John McDowell and he would approve!

The entire staff was very helpful and professional in every way, can't say enough about Physical therapy, the CNAs, RNs . With a few Minor pickups, due to communication which admin addressed quickly and discreetly . Again can't say enough about your excellent staff, they ALL should be given a raise to put up with this old cantankerous man! Even the drivers that took me to a Drs. Appointment were great very professional crew you have at Rosewood!

This place is unfortunately full of people who are unqualified and are clinging into their jobs as hard as possible. They get a new director every single year because they can't figure out how to make this place better. A lot of stupid stuff happens here and several patients keep some kind of phone or recording equipment in the room with their loved ones because of stuff that happens here... Lots of open law suits 2023 and 2024 and the director David should be investigated. The investors run everything here so they should take into consideration that putting in a new director every six months isn't fixing anything. Sad ... Wish they did bett

I was apprehensive about coming to Rosewoid due to an experience at a different facility but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was supportive, understanding and very nice. Nursing care was excellent as was all the therapeutic staff (PT, OT, Speech) Food was good.

Staying at Rosewood was an eye opening experience for me. I was a patient; here. I have worked in many different skilled nursing facilities over the years. Rosewood was exactly the right place for me. The staff at Rosewood Rehabilitation has my sincere thanks, and appreciation for ALL they do. Everyone of you go above and beyond, with respect for each other and the patients. You helped me remember how important it is to be kind! I love you all for it.

I am a patient here and a retired licensed clinical supervisor and executive director of a hundred bed inpatient facility and hop my overview will be evaluated accordingly Leadership David the Executive Director is attentive to the patient needs and appears g Firm but fair with his staff. Nursing;Annett my nurse makes me feel safe and works to insure my pain levels are mediated. She treats me with dignity and does her job in a timely manner. She scares that ability with several nurses here and avoids the drama. Physical rehab The physical therapy department has been filled with clinically obtuse and dangerous individuals with little guidance. Due to a fundamental change in the service prevention responsibilities the discipline through out the industry has suffered. Injuries are common and usually unreported as evidenced by the multiple physical injuries acquired and accredited to staff misdirection. Their duties and responsibilities are unclear to them and others and arguments are constant and the patient's suffer. The policies do not match the excepted safe and best practices as defined by industry standards Though required by Medicaid/Medicare There is no person centered physical therapy plan that is completed with the patient. Based on the strengths weakness abilities and preferences of the patient. Hence the treatment is program centered as opposed to person centered. The therapists in that department need further education and inspiration to provide better safer more dignified treatment free from guilt and shame no matter how effective those interventions seem and how easy domination of feeble week people is. Your loved one will be safe there if goals of stay and their progress is monitored by additional stakeholders. This facility is extremely clean and the Certified Nursing Assistance is of premium quality with attention paid to patient hygiene and other needs with politeness and kindness. With Physical Therapy policy, procedures and the bar risen for employment readjusted The clinical quality will be an excellent reflection on the ownership.

We feel my father got the best care he could at Rosewood. I felt very comfortable leaving him there while he recovered from 2 fractured feet.. his therapist were awesome and really worked my dad 2 times a day to get him more mobile. Food was good. The only negative was my father never left his room for 19 days. He had to eat his meals in his room, no activities and no going to the library due to a Covid outbreak.. But over all great and my dad is recovering nicely at home. Thank you again!!

Rosewood Rehab Center's staff are amazing. You are greeted warmly as soon as you step through the doors. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, the facility is clean, and well organized. I would highly recommend this center for your loved ones!
