What a find - I thought the memory care place we found for our mom back in the 90s was the bomb, but Inspirations Memory Care beats that place hands down. I feel like my brother is attended to with real compassion, kindness, and attention. I can't recommend Inspirations more highly.

I am in an unusual position. Though Inspirations is predominantly an assisted living facility, there are some independent “livers” there. I was one of them. In that position, I saw first hand how incredibly trained and caring the entire staff is at Inspirations! I am not easily impressed but I am sold on this particular quality of the staff. So much so, that when I moved out I now volunteer and read short stories to the residents once a month. Danielle, the Executive Director’s door is always open. Lisa and Holly, the receptionists are responsive all the time to the needs of the residents and the Resident Assistants, dedicated to all physical and emotional needs of the residents, are nothing but awesome.…all of them! And Luke, the Activities Director, provides the activities the residents ask for. As a final thought, I will say that if I lived in Las Vegas and was ever in need of assisted living, I would go to Pahrump to take advantage of EVERYTHING Inspirations has to offer us human beings because that is what the entire staff are….caring human beings!

In December 2020 my Dad moved to Inspirations Senior Living. He was 89 at the time and had been living on his own. Health, need of regular nutrition, assistance with getting meds on time, safety and assistance with certain other activities necessitated the move. He was always complimentary about Inspirations and really liked the staff. We are very grateful for the care he received at Inspirations.

Inspirations' staff truly make my Mom feel very welcome. Every time she is in the hallway or in the dining room and someone walks through, they smile, wave, and ask how she's doing. The facility has a library, Exercise room with equipment, Bistro with snacks, a chef that cooks anything within reason plus well thought out meals as an option, and many activities that are very well thought out for this age group. They even have someone come play the piano and sing weekly. Last week they brought in ponies for therapy, who does that? An NP that visits weekly. I could not be happier for the kind service and friendly staff. My Mom is in good hands.

These folks have shown nothing but kindness and compassion when my father requested he be moved into an assisted living facility. Inspirations is all the things you'd hope for a place to care for a beloved family member. Bright, clean, comfortable, friendly, and they've thought of everything that a person could ever want or need in a home, with services like a barber shop, country store, library, cafe, living room with fireplace and piano, visits from healthcare professionals, and a shuttle service for everything else -- all wrapped into one. To have a facility like this in Pahrump is an absolute delight. Many thanks to Ryan and all the other great staff at Inspirations for making my father's transition so stress free (for both him and our family!)

The greatest part of living at Inspirations senior living is the social interaction. You have many friends who live in the same place as you and who you can visit with often. Its nice to have the laundry and cleaning services done for me. I love the view from my room. I like that I have a private room and bathroom and still have help available to me at any time if and when I need it. The staff is wonderful. very kind, polite and accommodating. They do their best to help with anything and everything.

As my fathers health was deteriorating, we were concerned about the welfare of my parents. They were both in a place in life where access to appointments and their personal safety was a priority. Driving, heavy household chores, cooking, and house upkeep were becoming more of a challenge for them both. Inspirations was the answer to address their needs but also provide an enjoyable living environment among people with similar interests and still a zest for life. Living here at Inspirations Senior Living has been the best living choice for me. Being here I receive the care I need but am still very much independent. The care staff really takes the time to listen to me and is always respectful and very kind. The activities are fun and we often go on scenic drives around the town. I also enjoy happy hour. The cooks are fantastic and do their very best to accommodate every residents nutritional needs. They prepare exceptional meals that taste just like a home cooked meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

I have been a resident here at Inspirations Senior Living since 2017. All the staff here has been very very good to me. They have done their very best to accommodate me and my husband before he passed at this beginning of this year. I came into Inspirations as a respite stay and decided not leave. They have always treated me like family here. They hold resident council meetings every month to really get to know the residents thoughts for activities. They really keep us in mind when making decisions about our well being. I love it here. Its a beautiful building and I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone interested in senior living.

We were so fortunate to find this place in our little town. My father in law suffered from dementia and Alzheimers decease and they had a wing that catered to their special needs. Everyone was always to nice and were ready to answer our questions regarding his care. The care he got was top notch and so were his care givers. They administered his medications at the appropriate times. I would recommend Inspirations Senior Living to anyone in need of their services.

The care staff at Inspirations Senior Living is fantastic. A bunch of hard workers. They always respond quickly to my needs. My favorite part about living here at Inspirations is the dining room. Because of the COVID virus they have had to shut down our dining room. But during that time Inspirations has taken advantage of the shut down and completely remodeled the dining room with a brand new look that we are all eager to enjoy. They have restaurant style dining with a wide variety of wonderful meal selections. Inspirations Senior Living has the best liver and onions in town.

My 95 year old mom has lived at Inspirations for four years. This past January we moved her into the Memory Care Unit, as her physician suggested a higher level of care. The staff was wonderful in expediting the move and helping her to feel comfortable in her new apartment. In March, following instructions from the CDC, the NDH and other agencies. Inspirations went into what I call Covid lock down mode. Extreme precautions were put in place, all in the best interest of the residents. Though very frustrating as a family member, not being able to see her in person, hold her hand or give her a hug, the staff has bent over backwards in efforts to keep communication open. Because of her dementia-Alzheimers, she will sometimes forget what she was told in the morning, by that same afternoon. Understanding her situation, they have gone out of their way to comfort her and re-explain why I am not allowed to visit. From the Executive Director to the care givers, the services she has received have been exceptional. Even the office staff, beauty salon personnel and front desk workers have jumped in to help with explanations and calming her, when requested. They have sent me photos of mom, shared my missives with her, all while following strict, non contact protocols. This continues to be a difficult time for all of us, and thankfully, because of due diligence by ALL, Inspirations has remained Covid free!

The residents here are wonderful and friendly and always willing to help each other. The care staff has always always been so good to me and my fur baby, Abbey. We were very concerned with the mental health of my sister-in-law. I knew that she needed to be in a safe place but hated the thought of putting her in a nursing home. I talked to her about her safety and living alone. She has a Alzheimers. Friends were stopping in and that was wonderful, but there was nothing that they could do. My husband, my sister-in-law and I stopped in and talked with several people from inspirations. We were given a tour of Inspirations and were very impressed. The thing that sold Inspirations to us was not only the quality care, the beautiful rooms and friendly staff, but the fact that our sister-in-law was able to go into the cafeteria and order off a menu. The food was also excellent. This is where I want to go when I can no longer live alone and I would get to bring my dog, extra bonus.

To anyone that hates the idea of "putting" a loved one in assisted living, look at Inspirations Pahrump to see the opportunities offered. Despite its small town location, it compares to the best of many assisted living situations offered near my home near Leisure World on the coast in California, at substantial cost savings. During the time my mother was there, I realized it was the logical extension downsizing of a large house to a condo, to a room where food, housekeeping, laundry, social activities and when needed, medicine and other care support is available. I was nicer than most of my apartments: clean, fresh, supportive, and friendly. Most important was the sense of concern for the health and welfare for my mother as a person while she was there.
