The 5 star is for the maintenance team and Stephanie for her quick response to apartment needs. My experience started off very nice here at Vintage however that didn't last long. Some of the residents are very disrespectful they act like they own the place. Most don't keep their dogs under control peeing in the elevator & stairway . Dog paws on elevator controls. The smell of death is strong in this building amongst other strange goings on . I have been very sick since living here. I wanted to luv this place however I feel unwelcome

I WAS SLOW MOVING IN. I HAD HELP IN ONE DAY BUT I WAS MOVING THAT WEEK WITH DISHES, AND LOST OF BOXES I DID THAT LATE A NIGTH TI GET AWAY FROM THE HEAT I AM 81YR OLD. STILL OPENING BOXES

I love it here! I love the managers and how caring they are, how personal they make the experience of living here. I love the maintenance crew, they are on top of it at all times. All of the staff are so incredibly friendly, I feel at home here, blessed.

I've lived at Vintage for 2 1/2 yrs now and have nothing but positive input on my stay here. I was in the Automotive Field for 44 yrs where customer service was extremely important to be successful .... that being said, I've had a few problems that needed to be addressed and have spoke with both Stephanie (Mgr) and Treka (Asst Mgr). They have both been very considerate, polite and had my issues taken care of immediately. I've also noticed that they greet tenants when out of there office walking the grounds or hallways .... a very nice touch ! Customer Service was ingrained in me for many years and it's soooooo nice to see it happening here on a daily basis ! ....... And I'd like to acknowledge Francisco and Victor in the Maintenance Department. They too are very polite when entering my apartment and Francisco's repair skills are excellent !

I had blown a fuse which disconnected the 2 bedroom lights and kitchen stove and because I thought a lightbulb had initially burned out, took down one of the bedroom lights and could not put the fixture back up I played with the fuse box and after a week, put in a request (I used my crock pot to cook) Spoke with Stephanie, the office Manager, and within 30 minutes, Francisco came and triggered the fuse box, put the light back up without any irritation, offered to fix my stove clock fantastic work without me feeling like a complete idiot I am very satisfied A+

My refrigerator wasn’t cold so I called to have it checked out. It took a few days but when I called the office . He was here in 10 minutes with a new refrigerator and it’s perfect.

The apartment was OK but very outdated. Carpeting was shot; stove is ancient, and the burners were weirdly functional; Lights were not well placed, especially in the kitchen. Maintenance greatly improved when new management took over. The guys, especially Victor, were good. The new managers were very good.

I was told that I would be getting a new dishwasher because the one that in my apartment is broken and can’t be fixed. I was told this a week ago also maintenance mentioned that it should be here Monday or Tuesday but nothing yet and no one has let me know when it will be here . Everything was handled in a timely manner so I am very thankful for the support from Stephanie and her maintenance crew.

I am totally disgusted with the maintenance supervisor here. I was Without hot water for nine days. All he had to do was divert the water out of the water heater, and everything would’ve been fine, but he didn’t and when he was in here, he gave me major attitude. I told him that he was not welcome in this apartment anymore. You guys want to hear more. give me a call

Vintage apartments are the best. The apartments are extremely nice. I love that they are pretty well self contained. Mail boxes are indoors and the public areas are very well maintained. The best thing is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. If any problem does arise, they are on it immediately. 5 stars over all!

Everything is real nice here and maintenance here is real fast and experienced. The only problem is not enough covered or reserved or handicapped parking. When everything is full you have to park in the sun and a long walk to get in the apartment.

What a wonderful community, my mom loves living here. Office staff has a wonderful open door policy, which I find wonderful since I live out of town. My mom really enjoys the exciting activities and events hosted by the staff. Maintenance is friendly and professional and quick to respond ro tenants needs. I would highly recommend this community for retirement.
