Villa Borega is an upscale, quiet, and well maintained mobile home community. I have resided here for almost eleven years, 8 years as a renter, and 3 years as an owner of the rental. Unfortunately due to the rise in cost of living, the space rent is gradually getting higher each year.

Jocelyn and her staff have been amazing!! She has been sending me updates of properties so I can move in a timely manner communication is great!! Spoken to other properties in Las Vegas and I haven't had this good communication like I have with them I would recommend this property and their staff they're all very friendly.

I've been here about one year and like it alot. The community is quiet and close to all kinds of shopping and restaurants. I have not had any problems with maintenance or Jocelyn and Nancy. I have had alot of questions and they have all been responsive and friendly and made sure things got fixed.

My sister and her roommate stay here at this 55+ senior living, mobile home, gated community and I must say that this is the way a 55+ mobile home community should be, and Villa Borega is the example that all the other 55+ communitys should embrace. It's quiet, clean and not just one or two but all of my neighbors are polite and friendly. It truly is a gated, senior living community that delivers what it advertises. Only down side is that it's only got a limited number of units so if you are 55+ and looking for your new home to relax and enjoy your retirement or a place that's quiet, clean and tranquil and surprisingly private, and you have an opportunity to move in to one of these amazingly up to date, modern trailer homes, then I'm here to tell you that this is the last place you'll ever move in to because you're never going to move again once you experience this little slice of heaven. Two thumbs up Villa Borega, I am very reserved when it comes to giving a five star rating, but five stars you are and I am so grateful for it. Thanks for keeping my diminishing faith in my beloved hometown from completely vanishing and revitalizing my belief that Vegas is awesome and even more awesome to live here. i had to give Villa a 4 star i have not been inside of the community but the lady that answer my calls was the nicest sweetest person and she made me want to just live there (i hope to be able to find a home there ) and she really helped me to know what i want and what i will need form the other reviews and pictures online i know if i can purchase a home inside villa i will be happy with that choice.

Understanding the Manager of a Mobile Home community, the manger of this park Marla has had no tack, is very rude. She will come to your home before business hours and call you and A-hole not giving you a chance to come to the office when the open. She will also tell residents that they will be subpoena as a witness even though there spells is bedridden and requires 24 care and you do 90%of it
