I have been a leasing agent here for the last year, and let me just say that Lake Tonopah has been the BEST place I have ever worked for in my entire life. My team is amazing which makes a tremendous difference when you have an atmosphere that feels so right. And the residents ...oh my goodness! What a FUN and loving bunch of people. It truly is like family here and there's not a day that goes by where there aren't belly hurting laughs and hugs and just so much care. Lake Tonopah is definitely where I call HOME!!!

I moved here 2 years ago after retiring from California. I love living in this place. Staff and maintenance are great and the property is always clean. But, being on a fixed income my rent has gone up and it's my understanding it probably will go up again, and soon it will surpassed my income leaving me homeless and I really don't want to move , couldn't afford it if had to. The gate is always broken, there's no security and there are people sleeping in their cars on the property. That's why I'm giving it four stars because there's no way of telling other people that's not tenants to not park under the shade parking spaces. No one to hold the outsiders accountable. To me, my rent is of a luxury apartment but the living is like in the projects, which means anybody and everybody can come on this property and park anywhere. They want leave broken cars and I thought the tow truck driver would come through at least twice a week and check on that. Well that's all I have to say right now.

I can honestly say, Cindy has an amazing staff! The young ladies' (Tanya and Jaylene) has an amazing personality and excellent customer service/care. They go above and beyond to assist in matters concerning the residence. As always, the maintenance personnel are great. Finally, an honest and cheerful staff. Mahalo nui loa ame malama pono.

My grandparents have lived here quite sometime now, the manager Cindy, what can I say besides, there is a woman who truly cares about her residents, she cares about their safety, and happiness, she creates a very fun environment where I would tell all my friends and family come live here you won't regret it, thank you from the bottom of my heart Cindy! I love our management team at Tonopah Apts especially Ms Tanya she goes beyond and helps, this is the best we've had in mangement since I've been here Ms.Tanya participates in every aspect of her job, we need more management like this they all our keepers Omar is awesome he's another one that goes out past and beyond for you as well as Jamila all of them I can go on and on and on about them but they're excellent bomb management team that you have here at Tonopah apartments you need to keep them thanks

My experience with the lake toner Park apartments when is reasonable clubhouse activities lovely staff we have our own maintenance I give the lake tonopah a five stars very clean quiet and safe. I recommend family members and Friends as well
