This is a wonderful home for my father. The community is warm and friendly. People are great at what they are doing and it is a happy place. We are very happy about our choice and secure in knowing that my father is cared for here.

My mama and I met with Tegan on July 28. We were impressed with Avamere, and Tegan answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease. She helped us navigate the process of moving into Assisted Living. She introduced my mama to residents and made her feel at home. On moving day, Nicole met us and welcomed us and there was a welcome sign on my mama's apartment door. We are very happy with the choice to move to Avamere and I am so pleased with the friendly, caring atmosphere they have in place.

We recently moved mom into Avamere at Cheyenne. She absolutely loves it. Mom is participating in various activities such as, Bingo and exercise, and has made new friends. The facility is clean and updated. All the staff are pleasant and friendly. We are glad that mom is getting the help she needs to stay as independent as she can be. Tegan made the admission process much easier than it might have been if not for all her hard work. The whole family is so grateful we found Avamere at Cheyenne.

Beautiful place for loved ones to feel at home and receive sincere quality care. I toured with Tegan on 3-17-21 and was very impressed!! The residents enjoyed a fun St. Patricks Day ☘ party with all the trimmings I plan to move mom there, knowing she will feel like family.

I got the opportunity to volunteer here. If and when it becomes necessary for me to live at an assisted living facility; this is the one I would go to. I have seen several of these places both here in Las Vegas and also a couple in California. This one takes the prize. I was given a tour by the BOM (Business Office Manager) DeAnna and met many of the residents. They were all happy and seemed to enjoy living there. DeAnna was very professional but also showed some fun loving spirit. The decor is very welcoming and I enjoyed my visit there. I even got to play bingo with the residents while I was there. Good times.

Having worked in nursing homes in the past I have always said that would be the last place I would ever put a loved one. Unfortunately, after my Dad broke his hip at a 60+ singles dance last July, we had no choice but to get him someplace where he could focus more on recovering. My Dad is a grumpy old man and being immobile didnt help at all. Tegan was so comforting to our family and joked with my Dad a few times which helped lighten the mood and make things not so bad. Tegan was also very patient with our overbearing family members who never left her alone. She really went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience at Avamere. (Even my grumpy old man.)

What a great place that we chose to put our love one. The staff was amazing. Tegan helped us get her moved in so easily. Such love. Just came through the Halloween Holiday and that was so much fun. Looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas. You will not be sorry with your love one here.

Thank the Lord for Tegan and the rest of the staff at Avamere! I was so sad when I had to make the decision to put my Mimi in assisted living. All the stories you see on the news really are scary. Right from the beginning Tegan and the rest of the staff made me and my Mimi feel right at home. I feel like Tegan will treat her as if she were her own Mimi.

I was so sad and scared to have to make this huge decision for the well being of my mother. She was extremely scared to have to uproot her entire life and make a change like this in her 80s. The team at Avamere at Cheyenne held our hands ever step of the way. From the first tour to the move-in was seamless. My anxiety settled the moment I stepped foot into the building. I will forever be grateful for the staff of this facility. Knowing this may be the last place my Mother will ever live is sad and scary. But the amount of love and compassion shown by all staff has lifted those fears. Thank you!!

We are extremely grateful that our mother landed at Avamere. The location is kept clean, the residents are offered many activities, and most of all the staff is friendly and caring. We appreciate the fact that our mother is not looked at as just another number, but truly a member of the Avamere family.

This was the ultimate place for my mother, she loves it and our family couldnt be happier that shes lives there. She loves the food and although visitors are not allowed at this time staff will bring her out to the balcony and we can see shes well cared for and happy.

Loved this community. Tegan helped us get my grandma situated. Explained every step of the process. The staff made my grandma feel welcome and help her in everyday stuff. Tegan always checks in on her and makes sure she never feels alone. I highly recommend this location.

The staff here have been nothing but fabulous. Every employee, management, office staff, nurses, caregivers, waitstaff, and custodians have been so kind, polite, gracious, caring towards my mother and our family. They have all gone out of their way to welcome her, check in on her regularly, and show their care concern for her well being. Watching staff interact with the other residents has been wonderful and I havent found one resident that wasnt happy smiling since weve been there. Even the waitstaff learned my moms name after one visit to the dining room and everytime they see her, even if they are not helping, go out of their way to say hello. I would definitely recommend this retirement community to anyone who is searching.
